Scan card, wait more than 7 minutes nobody approve from inside, says waiting cashier to approve. Waste my time.

Last night at 10:56pm my daughter pulled in on empty (she had a hybrid and just enough gas to get into the lot). She had just found out her husband needed emergency brain surgery which is why she didn't notice she was on empty. The first pump could not read her credit card. She went inside and spoke to an employee named Missy who told her to pull forward and try the next pump but "hurry because I'm closing soon." My daughter pulled forward on electric power and as soon as she got out of her car, the pumps were shut off, the lights inside turned off and Missy left her stranded there at the pump. She had to call for roadside assistance. Today, a friend of my daughter's stopped by and again encountered Missy. She very nicely asked Missy if the pumps automatically shut off at 11 because her friend was there last night. Missy got IRATE and told her friend that my daughter is "irresponsible" and an "idiot" and refused to answer the question. She ALSO refused to give my daughter's friend the name of the store manager. People like this should not be working there or ANYWHERE.

My favorite time to stop by this store is evenings on my way home from work. The one store clerk Steve is my favorite! Always friendly and willing to go over and beyond. Will make fresh food upon request, never gets stressed when there is a long line. The one lady who I've seen in the mornings remembered I was trying to access my reward points and the next time I saw her she remembered to share with me how easy it was for me to change my pin! The people working always make or break the place my opinion!
