They have no idea how to transfer Verizon to Verizon lines gave me a number to call and said it will take 2hrs on the phone figured it out myself I less than 15 mins how to do it

The people working at this store may know about technology, but they need a crash course in CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered my new tablet on March 10 (Thursday), and was told it would arrive in 2 business days, and they would call me. When I hadn't gotten a call by the following Wednesday, I TRIED to call the store and inquire. I somehow got routed to someone in the South Pacific who barely spoke English. It was so bad that I finally gave up. I called the next day and spoke to someone in Louisiana who told me that the tablet was backordered. I started tracking it on their website at this point. The website told me that it was delivered yesterday, but I was still never called by the store.When I went to store to today to retrieve it, the young man working there was nice, but was dressed VERY unprofessionally (sweats & sneakers?!?) and kept saying, "Well, I don't work at this store, I'm from Lebanon." He was able to give me the tablet, but could not answer any questions.For the amount of money that I give Verizon every month, I expect better. A LOT better! Please train your employees in what "Customer Service" looks like.

Greg was amazing with the process of my iPhone upgrade when my current phone was broken. He is very knowledgeable about the phones features and accessories. I highly recommend him as he is great at multitasking and very entertaining

I had to purchase a new phone and Greg did an excellent job with three other clients waiting. The two employees who run this store are top notch. I live in Ephrata and always come to Manheim for their service.

I just visited the Manheim Verizon store. The crew was exceptionally helpful. I was very impressed with their work ethic and customer service. In an aged where all you get is recordings it's great to have experts who will take the time and actually value customer servicequality care. care.

I had to have my phone replaced, and when I got it in the mail we took it to the Verizon store to have them set it up for me. They are always super helpful and are very knowledgeable. Nathan was our salesperson!
