The hotel was very convenient since it was right where the event took place. The food at the hotel restaurant was good, the room was quiet, and we were able to rest well. They were also very flexible with our check-in, as we arrived very late at night. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Rooms had plenty of space. Everything was clean and updated. Only complaint was the broken ironing board and shower head needing some TLC.

Beds are very hard, upon getting to our room there were dirty towels on the floor from the previous guest Very loud with kids running around and banging on doors past midnight.

On their website it said the restaurant was open 7 days a week. We get there and it’s closed on Monday and Tuesday. The bar was only open 5-9. There was a sign in the bar entrance saying breakfast buffet but nothing that it is only on Saturday and Sundays.

Hannah was super helpful and went out of her way to stop what she was doing and assist me. Super friendly staff.

We stayed here for the quilt show. The suite didn’t have enough chairs for the occupants. Inadequate dresser, hanger space and linens also. Bathroom is extremely small. Shower is ridiculously situated. Staff were nice but furnishings are spare.

This review is for the restaurant in Warehouse spooky nook. Whoever manages this I don't know buddy. We are blessed with a lot of good places to eat this is not one of them. Went there yesterday we were given a seat and basically watched everyone that worked there run in circles for thirty minutes. I think the lady that was going to be our waitress walked around our table more times than I can count never said hello never took our order and there was a time she walked up to our table, six different times and walked away. Nobody looks at you that works there place is a mess. There's a big quilt, show going on, say you would think these guys would be ready to make some money but nope.... so we left no one even noticed time. This is the second time we were there. This is the second time it was this way and that was about a year ago. I put this on management..

I gave 1 star because I couldn't give 0 stars. We have been to Spooky Nook many times but never stayed at this hotel. We stayed here last weekend and had a horrible experience. The front desk was not helpful and not very nice. The wallpaper in one of our rooms was peeling off. The carpet was dirty. We were charged with an additional $250 cleaning fee but the room was never cleaned. The restaurant closes early on Sunday and there is no easily accessible dinner places around. If you have an event at Spooky Nook, stay away from this hotel. There are many other excellent hotels nearby with better accommodations, cleaner rooms, well maintained, efficient and helpful staff and better location with food and other establishments nearby. Lesson learned.

Similar to many other posts this place is convenient, that’s it. The room was completely filthy. Dirty socks inside our sheets upon check in. Hair all over, trash under the bed, and behind it. Stains all over, and really beat up furnishings. Stuffy room, and they have no services daily. Not worth it stay somewhere else. Booked through Halpern Travel, they were worthless really. Let management know, nothing was done.

I I’ve called several times trying to book a room. The staff I spoke with have been both incompetent and rude.
Today I spoke to Tyler, the general manager. He kept me on the phone for over 30 minutes but refused to assist. I’ve stayed at this property over a dozen times. Tyler kept insisting I book online, but I explained I was online and unable to book. Despite this, he repeatedly apologized but would not accommodate the reservation.
Even while I was online trying exactly what he suggested, he still wouldn’t help. He became aggressive.
This is unacceptable. I will absolutely look for another place to stay. Tyler, in my opinion, should be terminated.

Arrived early and were permitted to check in early. Great bonus. Rooms were super clean and quiet. We had a great time at the Forklift and Pallette. The food was excellent and the bartenders were awesome. Not recommended for a romantic weekend but if you want a great hotel at reasonable price close to all the good stuff in the Lancaster area
This hotel is so cool.

Terrible service, nickel and dimed at every turn, gross rooms (extremely dirty, wallpaper peeling off, carpet coming up, etc.). Premium charged to be ‘onsite’ at spooky nook with no benefit of being onsite. This is middle of PA and they also charge for parking. 👀 stayed at an offsite hotel the 1st night of our tournament. Much better experience.

That is one giant place... very money oriented during a weekend basketball tournament. Bring plenty of $ reserves (or pack lunch). Parking $10/day, spectator entrance fee $15/d. Loud. Lots of pleasant staff.
