“What a fun, eye opening walk through radio and decor history. Ron has passed but his wife is an absolute delight and loves sharing all of the stories about the history of the radios. It was my first stop on a cross country trip and it was truly an unexpected delight!!! Definitely worth stopping! I drove past it initially because it's not incredibly obvious on the side of the road. I'm sooooo glad I turned around to retrace my steps.”

“This place is huge! The top has vendors creating things, and the bottom has antiques and vintage items. I spent about an hour here and definitely didn't see all of it.”

“1758 is a "fair trade" store that's affiliated with Ten Thousand Villages. Everything in the store was created by artisans from developing countries with some items being hand-made in the US. Along the items when I visited were jewelry, clothes, candle holders, lip gloss, spices, and greeting cards. Every item tells you where it was made with many telling the story of the makers. I love the idea of Fair Trade, but I also love being able to buy or gift something that's unique and not available in every Walmart in America. I would suggest stopping by this store if you ever need that perfect gift.”

“Dorothy was amazing with the knowledge of fabric and color choices. I was so appreciative for her knowledge and kindness. The quality of fabric is of the highest available for quilting. I also like the reproduction fabric choices. One can find patterns and notions. I give my highest recommendation and plan on attending a retreat at Mary's Quilt shop!”
