“Wen traveling from Philadelphia to mid West there were no Bank of America in these state which made it hard for me to use my card after I cancelled it then I find it try getting in touch with someone at the bank to see if they could have activated my bank within 24 hours after located it which made my remaining travel back West sending money I don't understand why this bank isn't all over the 52 state..I have to give this a 2 1/2 ratings”

“I usually Bank out of the West Mifflin office but had to go to the Wilmerding office today. Karen that used to work at West Mifflin branch is now down there and I got to work with her, she's just as great as she was when she was in West Mifflin. Wilmerding is lucky to have such a great employee. Everyone else I've ever dealt with at any United Community Federal Credit Union branches are fantastic, helpful and very understanding. I would recommend using them to anybody and I do recommend it to my friends all the time. I would never say something like this about any other bank they have helped me out many times and we're very understanding I give the branches a million Stars if I could. You're treated like a human no wacky unnecessary fees like most banks such as PNC and citizens horrible banks in my opinion so if you can bank with these guys happy customer for many years. And again Karen if you're reading this you're awesome thank you!”

“This is my home bank and I use it for work and personal. Staff is wonderful. The thing that I get frustrated with is not related to this bank but are related to PNC policies in general so know that there's nothing they can do about it. I like walking up to the teller and seeing people in person.I don't want to be pushed towards technology or making deposits in a slot. Let me visit with someone and wait in line if I want to. I've noticed if a line gets long for tellers, a banker often jumps in to help which is great. Business bankers do a great job. I've done wire transfers several times, opened accounts and had questions ... they are always knowledgeable and help. Thank you!”

“I’ve been a customer of FCB /NBOC for well over 50 years dating back to my return from Vietnam and return to IUP on the GI bill.
I’ve remained there because of the employees who put the first in First Commonwealth. Their level of customer service exceeds expectations and satisfies needs under the greatest challenges managing money can be expected to provide the average customer.
This is especially true under the leadership and direct personal involvement of GM Steven Kirkwood at Greensburg branch on 4000 Hempfield Blvd.
After two earnest but unsuccessful tries by others on online banking to cancel auto bill payment transactions Mr Kirkwood stepped up and offered to resolve my frustrations. He devoted the better part of two hours contacting experts , researching data and conversing with me to keep me from hemorrhaging my checking account. Before resolution….
I had to leave the premises. He took my name and number and said I’ll call you with a solution. By days end he proved to be a banker of his word. It’s instances like this that make me celebrate year after year my decision to remain with FCB.
Loyalty is a two way street. It must be reciprocal. At this location (and at New Alexandria) I have found it to be true.
Especially today at Greensburg.
