“I'm unable to post an additional review....so I'm adding to my previous one! I have the utmost faith in the staff at KVet Animal Care...from the vets to the techs to the front desk and office staff! I have followed their advice and recommendations for more than 20 years, and have had happier, healthier pets as a result. They are always there to answer my calls or emails, and fit me in when needed! I've not ever had the experience of them running unnecessary tests, or doing or prescribing anything just for the money. Whatever they do, they do with the best interest of my fur babies. And if they are a little pricier than some other places, so be it. You get what you pay for and I would rather have the service they provide with compassion than anything else out there.
I would give them 10 stars if I could. My family has been with Dr. K even before K.Vet existed, and would follow her anywhere. She not only is the best, she employs the best. They love your pets like you do, are honest and compassionate. From the vets, to each and every vet tech, you will not find a better team. They are thorough, without being unnecessary, and only want the best for you and your furry family. Not only does Lebowski not mind spending the day there if needed, I think he enjoys it. And I know when I drop him off, he will get the best care, love and attention. Thank you 1000 times to Dr. K and her team for always being there for us!! One million times recommended.”

“We went in for what we thought was a sprain ankle for my St. Bernard Great Dane turns out they diagnosed her with cancer. They were very compassionate and guided us through the next step. Unfortunately it spread to fast and we end up putting her to sleep. But everyone there was wonderful would highly recommend them. We were skeptical going back there at first since Dr. Gordon left. But all the new Dr.s are wonderful so much better than the ones that were there 2 yrs ago. No bedside manner rush you out. I am so thankful White Oak vet is back to what they used to be.”

“Dr. Bendix is the best!! He really took care of my 18+ year old baby, Lucy. He was able to clip a claw growing into her pad. He recommended she needed a monthly shot of Solensia for her arthritis which helped her the very next day!! This was the best appointment I scheduled. Thank you Dr. Bendix!!”
“I seriously can’t recommend this place enough. outside of their beautiful facility, the vets, office staff and vet techs are down right amazing. my girl went in for something neurological and came out with something we didn’t expect, but the Dr. Solomon was absolutely amazing. They gave us everything we needed and then some. Not to mention they got her in right away and got back to my request in no time. I will be coming back for any further issues with my girl!!! “They handle my 18 yr old cats euthanizing with such professionalism, compassion, sensitivity, and kindness. “I truly can’t say enough good things about Donaldson’s Animal Hospital. When Sadie suddenly became very sick and needed emergency surgery for an intestinal obstruction, the entire staff treated her with so much care and compassion.
A special thank you to Dr. Alley, who came in on her day off to perform Sadie’s surgery. That meant more to us than I can put into words. She found a squeaker from a toy and a piece of plastic from a crinkle toy in Sadie’s intestine and was able to get her the care she desperately needed.
During such a scary and stressful time, knowing Sadie was in such caring and capable hands meant everything to our family. Everyone at Donaldson’s was kind, compassionate, and professional from start to finish.

“My original vet could not figure out what was wrong with my dog. This was after much money being spent for testing exams etc. I was then recommended by a friend to try Dr. Pope. He diagnosed my dog in less than 48 hours after seeing her. He was very knowledgeable and right to the point. It wasn't a good diagnosis sadly my baby has bone cancer. Also was a relief after months worrying and wondering what was wrong with her. I highly recommend Dr. Pope. Very smart man!! You can tell he really is concerned about your pet.”
“I had a wonderful experience bringing my cat here for an emergency. Everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and caring. They took their time with my cat and made sure he was properly examined and cared for.
I’m terrible with names, but everyone from the front desk staff and assistants to the veterinarian was so welcoming, professional, and compassionate. I also came in without a carrier, and they were kind enough to give me one so I could safely take my cat home, which I truly appreciated.

“Simply put they saved my babies life. From Karen at the front desk who insisted that I bring her in immediately to Michelle, Angela, Emily and all the techs who took such awesome care of Abby. And that doesn't even touch Dr. Lisa who took so much time to diagnose as do the surgery and all the aftercare that is still going to be required to keep her healthy for the remainder of her life. They took all the time I needed to wrap my head around what was happening. I could see the concern and compassion I the eyes of everyone in the office. Please, take your fur kids here. They will do whatever they can to save them.”

“One week ago today, my mother and I had to say goodbye to our beloved dog, Abby. She blessed our lives for 17 years. She was a beloved member of our family, providing us with unconditional love, companionship and joy. I want to thank Dr. Boertjens, Brittany and Tiana who were all present that day. I cannot express enough how wonderful they were. They were patient , answered all our questions, provided comfort and above all compassion, during a heart-wrenching time. I also want to thank all of the other amazing and dedicated Veterinarians and Banfield staff , including Dr. Petrarca , who provided Abby with excellent and loving care over the years. Abby will live forever in our hearts and memories.
