After less than a month of service I received the first bill for two months of service in addition to a service charge for the technician that set it up. The tech charge wasn't disclosed up front. I called for an explanation and have now been on hold for an hour plus.... "Customer service" isn't exactly the term I would use to describe this interaction. Still on hold an EXTREMELY dissatisfied with what feels more like bait and switch tactics. This is my "promotional" experience, so I can only imagine how they treat long time customers. I wouldn't recommend doing business with this company if you have other options available. Not good!

You must pay a lot for junk channels. 200 channels and only maybe ten are worth watching. If you want fast internet it is not bad when it's working unfortunately it goes out alot very aggrevating

They are always kind their! Blue ridge can be a-little more pricey (not by much( then some but you get what you pay for, never have connection issues or anything like that.

Really I have to give one star this place is a joke . Saying you used internet when a are on came threw and took out power for a day . Yeah that didn't happen. On top of that they just make up numbers on what you use so they can add more money to your bill. Well I will be shutting their service off . Save your money people go else where.

Tried to call and inquire about the service and it said my wait time was 61 minutes... judging by the rest of the reviews on here I will NEVER do business with these people... I mean 61 minutes???? HIRE MORE PEOPLE!

Overpriced service for what you get. Can't cancel your service online you can only select upgrade options and you get a chat window waiting for an agent to join, can't get ahold of anyone on the phone.

Cancelled my service last month and never got my refund for part of the mouth. And just now got charged for this month. WTH
