My amivig is NEVER ready I always end up late taking it because it’s once a month and I end up suffering migraines because of the lateness. I call before it’s due to get told “we need to order it” then I call to see if it’s in and nope maybe later or tomorrowUnreal looking for another pharmacy

The last few times dealing with the pharmacy here has been a hassle. This last time, I called to see if my prescription was ready and they informed me that they were waiting on ME to call them with all my information that the doctor office had sent over. So, no prescription on time. Will definitely be dealing with a different pharmacy.

They knew I was a stroke victim and they placed child proof caps on prescriptions. They got mad when I complained. Unprofessional and uncaring and won’t take me off their call list Now I get calls everyday that bothers my rest and recovery.

The head pharmacist refuses to fill prescriptions written out by a sr, approved by the insurance, and approved by the 3rd party mail pharmacy company because it was against her recommendation. Oh well, next time I’ll go somewhere else.

I was totally blown away by the staff in the pharmacy after doing to Walmart for years. This crew is definitely dedicated to their customer’s needs.

Clearly the pharmacy is poorly run. Not enough staff for the volume of business. The pharmacist should not be pulled from filling prescriptions and patient consults to deal with insurance. There should never be less than 3 people working in the pharmacy. Every time I use this pharmacy, the wait time is unacceptable.

I think the pharmacy staff are overworked here.

My son went to the doctor with a 102 fever, doctor sent a script to CVS. The medication was not covered and CVS decided, on their own, to cancel it, without notifying the doctor. I was told it would take a day or two, to get it approved. After a couple of phone calls, and a half hour of the kid sitting in a cold car, I got the new medication approved. I stood at the desk and watched the young man behind the desk, pretend to be busty and make me wait, while a second prescription was filled, before he offered me mine. When I asked if it was an option to just pay for the medication so as to not have to wait so long, he looked at me as if he did not comprehend. To me, this is total incompetence. No concern for the people who are ill and suffering. Avoid this pharmacy.
