I have been a Lowes customer for many years. I stopped here while traveling to grab a few items. Staff was helpful locating what we needed and at checkout.
Now here is where they went above and beyond. My car was hit in the parking lot while we were shopping and they ran.
Thanks to Trevor the manager getting the video for the police was made easy and another employee was able to provide a statement. This sort of character is sadly lacking all over and is in abundance at this location.

Yet again they say they have the items then you get to the store and they dont. Im done with lowes. Over a million spent here last few years. Ill take it elseware

The web site says you have a cabinet, I wanted this cabinet, also a list as long as King Kongs arm of supporting products. Would have likely bee more then $300, WOW no cabinet, nothing similar because you obviously quit carrying this brand, probably months ago. Did anyone tell the IT guys? Only cost me more then 2 hours driving and fuel, $4 a gallon 10 mpg pulling trailer to haul this stuff in, you do the math. PS I went home empty handed and am looking for it elsewhere. Not likely to be back.

Your web sight is worthless. I asked for results for a 1”.x 4” x 12’ and I got everything but. Treated lumber, 1 x 12” lumber etc. it was a simple request and your sight made it impossible.
