The pharmacy staff is terrible. There is one guy who barely lets you speak, he talks over you and he speaks too quickly. I have an issue with how my prescription was being filled since I bought it in 2 parts and he doesn’t explain anything properly, instead he hung up the phone on me. Totally unprofessional. Extremely rude. No social skills or ability to work with customers.

Experience was ok, it’s CVS. Nothing exciting goes on. However, the multiple inquiries about interactions with associates, is infuriating. You’re manipulating a survey to yield the results you want. You’ve pretty much removed any associate interaction when you put self check out in. You limit your employees, lower your costs, raise prices and have your customers do employee jobs at no cost to you! The people at the top, suck.

Meh. Pharmacist was curt. Asked about Tylenol- she falsely claimed "no one has any anywhere." A quick Google search proved that was false information and exactly what the world does not need - more idiots causing unnecessary panic. Know your facts before spouting off - especially when it comes to things with children. Otherwise, the store meets minimum requirements of being clean.Back on 07/31 - had to reduce to one star. I called in scripts. Couple hours later, I received a text that the scripts were ready. Went to the store 2 hours after notification and the script was in fact, not ready. This place gives me a headache. Time for a new pharmacy.

The pharmacist, Victoria Dukhovny, is awful. She wanted us to pay for our daughter’s medication through our insurance which was way more than out of pocket with a coupon. After we pushed back (why wouldn’t we go the cheaper route), she said she has the right to refuse us. Don’t go to this pharmacy!

i used to buy the large size of the dove moisture body wash here and they were always on an end cap, so when i asked about them this time the woman told me they never carried them and was so unnecessarily rude when i told her i had purchased it there previously. if you don’t want to answer questions about where things are and whether you do or don’t sell them, find a job that you won’t be so outwardly unhappy doing.

My best friend was racially profiled and falsely accused of stealing multiple times in the same visit. They physically blocked him from exiting and asked to check his bag and guess what? NOTHING was in it. This place should be shut down. Never shopping at CVS again.

Workers here are so lazy and will lie through their teeth to avoid any kind of hassle. Older male cashier told me that i can’t use coupons because i’m only getting one item which doesn’t even make sense. They will purposely refrain you from saving some coins and it shows they do not care.

My covid test went well, the woman at the drive through was very helpful and friendly. However, I am now on day 10 of waiting for my test results. When I called to figure out where they may be, the person on the phone said, "It must have to do with the snowstorm" with no further explanation. Absolutely unacceptable.

RACIST PHARMACY!!!My 21 yo Biracial son and his friend who is also Black(beautiful dark brown skin) went in to get their flu shots. Both young men received appointments from CVS online and had their medical insurance cards. They go to the pharmacy and were addressed rudely by a woman who appeared to be of East Indian descent, the pharmacy technician. The young men were screened exhaustively on how to get an appointment and they reiterated that they had both signed up online. She comes back to them and tells my son's friend his insurance plans vaccine wasn't in stock but my son's was in stock. This made no sense to me. My son asked if the friend could just get the same one that he was getting and she said no. She told them to go to another CVS,maybe they would have it. The pharmacists comes up repeating the same thing and would not call the closest pharmacy to see if they in fact had the vaccine covered, he told them "they had to do the foot work." They left and I decided to call 6 CVS pharmacies within a 10 mile radius and inquire about this certain vaccines for certain insurance plans. I was routinely told that as long as there was vaccine available and you had insurance they could get one, no charge. My son and his friend went to the Willow Grove CVS which happened to be one I had also called, and they both received the SAME vaccine without any trouble. I can sense racism a mile away, MAPLE GLEN CVS NEEDS TO BE CALLED OUT FOR THE RUDE AND DISCRIMINATORY BEHAVIOR TOWARDS YOUNG BLACK MEN!
