Key bank is horrible. They allowed my checking account to be hacked offered no help. I spoent hours fixing the mess they made . then I made a payment to my credit card which they lost in their system and despite finding it they chaged me $57 for a payment of 15 that was over due . they stopped sending out monthly statements in order to generate late fees etc. DO NO USE THIS BANK or it will cost you

I’ve been a Key Bank individual and business customer since 1999 (includes prior acquisitions). Due to a recent ID theft, we needed to close and open new accounts immediately.Dave Stonehill, Manager and the whole, Maple Glen, PA team were great during a very stressful time. “Team Key” (a 4.6 star branch) now knows our names and always greets us with big smiles.With all the online and walk-in banking options, to have a “home town” experience is wonderful. I love the Maple Glen Branch! The customer service in there is EXCELLENT! I wont bank anywhere else. Those women go above and beyond there expectations of how to treat their customers.

I had a extremely awesome experience at this bank i will most certanly be switching my account from my credit union to Keybank (i have been with my credit union for 15 years) i went in to cash a personal check at this branch and my teller was a very polite and really informative woman (asian descent) she cashed my check as we chated about some of the accounts that keybank offerd and she was very happy to answer all of my questions she informed me that it would be 7 dollars to cash the check and i agreed to the charge and she counted out my cash and returned my I.D. with my cash we said our goodbyes and i was off to get my weekend started at that point i counted my cash before i left and realized that the teller had not taken out the 7 dollars for the check cashing fee so i went back to make sure the amount was right and as i walked in the door she said to me "nope" with a big smile. I said "Really" and she told me "happy new year" and told me to enjoy my weekend i left with a giant smile on my face and i could not be any more pleased with the service and professionalism that i was greeted with when i had arived at this branch i am so incredibly pleased and humbled by the staff here i can not say enough i will be. Coming to this branch to cash all of my personal checks. And i most certanly will be opening a account with Keybamk in the future
