AT\\u0026T’s fiber is down once a month. Been down for the entire street again in Dallas. Told us it would be repaired by Friday night, then Saturday morning. No communication from them and it’s Sunday. Calling their contact center is terribly painful. The automated trouble shooting is fun when I already know there is an outage. AT\\u0026T has the worst customer communication in the world and they are so big the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing.
