They need to work on their customer service...A LOT! The one lady who works there is just rude!!!! I will be complaining about her! If you don't like your job, go elsewhere!!!!😡

Very unprofessional they do not call you to let you know your medication is being delivered they call only when they are at your door.they lack of compassion for their working customers.The staff who answered the phone was so rude and hung up on me and when I called back the head pharmacist said maybe I should find a new pharmacy to deliver my medication because I asked why do they not call their patients too let them know that they have medication out for delivery and her response was cause that’s not in our policy!!!!! As if that made any since

Keep waiting for delivery and they never showed. I'm waiting from yesterday. Getting everything transferred to rite aid. I havent received any update etc. VERY unprofessional

I’ve dealt with this pharmacy on many occasions. FYI everyone comes to get a rx filled are not junkies the rudeness of the Pharmacist “Oh no” and the look on her face. It’s sad that you basically labeled me sorry not all Black Americans get Rx filled to get high

I got my COVID-19 vaccine here, what a nice staff! It was so quick and easy when I walked in and there was no line. The doctors were so personable to me and my friends and even let us video getting the vaccine, as well as letting us all go into the room at once so we would feel more comfortable! Thank you!

Marcus Hook Pharmacy is a family oriented business that takes time with each patient. The staff are friendly and willing to contact doctors, look up information, discuss prescription options and more. I have been a client with my family for several years and recommend this pharmacy.

On April 11, 2021, my wife and I received our first vaccine injection. There were many people waiting. The pharmacy was extremely busy. The staff were all busy but Mark Lawson and his staff could not have been nicer to the people. They made everyone feel very comfortable in a stressful situation. We will be getting our second shot in a couple of weeks. I never thought I would say it but I look forward to the experience. Great Work Marcus Hook Pharmacy !!!!!!!

Fantastic service - from pharmacist to cashier. Knowledge of products exceptional. Nice to be in a pharmacy that was not a big chain and get courteous, personalized service. Will go out of my way to visit again.

The staff of this pharmacy is very knowledgeable and has great customer service. I would highly recommend MHP to anyone. My COVID vaccines couldn't have been easier. The entire process from check-in to check-out was efficient, friendly and professional.
