I made an appointment to have my car looked at because of a couple of noises I was hearing. He called and told me exactly what was wrong with my car: a tire rod, axle, tires, and a couple of other minor problems. I wasn’t surprised because I do a lot of driving. (Gig worker). I must say he was very honest and upfront with me about the cost and what was most important to get fixed.
If you are a woman and not sure where to take your car, I highly recommend this place.

I was referred to Ricks by a close friend when I needed inspection and necessary repairs. Billy let me know what to expect and kept me informed about the status of the repairs and costs. I felt comfortable with the repairs that were completed and pleased with the communication and professionalism. I've since been back to have them check out a used car I bought, and plan to continue using Rick's moving forward.

I recommend Rick's Auto Repair to my parents because they needed their vehicle inspected. They are older and were worried about being taken advantage of. I assured them that Bill would not steer them wrong. They have an older vehicle that needed a few road worthy repairs. Bill throughly explained the importance of the repairs. They felt at ease dealing with him and knew his recommendations would keep them safe. Once they drove the vehicle, they raved about the difference in the feel and driving of the vehicle. They were impressed by his professionalism, and consideration throughout the process so much that they scheduled service for their other vehicle. If I lived closer, I would take all my vehicles to Bill because I trust him. The repairs are done right the first time, at a price you can trust.

This review is long overdue. Last summer my family and I were driving from NJ to NC when we blew a tire. Another mechanic we made it to pointed us to Rick's. Even though he was short staffed and had a full schedule, he put a couple of plugs in the tire, filled it up and pointed us to the nearest Mavis. He even called ahead to make sure they had tires . I would recommend anyone in the area in need of a repair to there.

My overall experience with Rick's was awesome! Very upfront about the issues / challenges to perform the work and they really look out for your pocket to make sure you're getting a quality job for a good price! Not too many left like this! They have a new customer for life - servicing all I my vehicles and my friends and family!

Had a problem with RAV4 electric window drivers door, Guy's were GREAT Got an appointment, and fixed it the same day, Never been there before but, the warranty people said I would like them....They were right, EVERYONE in the shop was NICE, and I'm sure I will be Back...Great Shop..THANKS for your service works Great again ..

My wife and I have been using Rick’s auto for the past few years now. It’s not always easy to find a good trust worthy honest mechanic which is exactly what you get from them. We recently moved an hour away and still currently use them for all of our service needs. I highly would and have recommend using ricks auto.
