Woman who worked Saturday March 22nd at 12:50pm has insanely horrible customer service. All because she had to type the 12 digit tracking number 🙄. Extremely rude.

On friday september 6, 2024 before 3:58pm postmaster Michael Keller and his employee at Marcus Hook (address 1401 huddell ave ste 1, Marcus Hook, pa 19061) wrongfully denied my request for registered mail stickers claiming that it is FEDERAL PROPERTY and against the law. i recorded this interaction and i will post on social media so that the world could see how he treated me. I (as a living soul human male) sovereign of the united states of america (the republic) [for the record i am not a sovereign citizen or any violent groups anti government] have been lied to and held from one of the rights that i have to ask for registered mail stickers (red slips) also known as label 200 psn 7690-03-000-9311. i was told that if i needed them i would have to order them online and it was in the handbook being illegal to hand them out unless purchasing registered mail in the physical location. He refused to give me his business card claiming that he was never issued and gave me his name and signature on a sticky note. i told him that i always pick up registered mail slips and was never told it was illegal and not to be given because its federal property. i would like to speak to the highest level of authority with me in the private about his misconduct and wrongdoing. i would also want a apology directly from Michael Keller and his employee that didn't give me her name i am indecisive weather or not to take it into common law for punishment in private and public.

Like everyone else that has commented this post office is horrible. They're ignorant, rude, disrespectful uneducated and think they're above everybody else. They should fire everyone including Don and the other woman that answered the phone and hung up on me when I asked her name, call the postal department and make a formal complaint like I did. Hopefully they'll get fired. They should just move the post office out of that ghetto and move it somewhere else. That most likely is the issue hiring and having it in that neighborhood

Paul is a great asset to this postal office what a stand up gentleman. Always a pleasure, happy to have him delivering to our house please give this man a raise or something.

This place needs to be fully investigated. New staff is needed… Starting with the Postmaster (Mike). Employees are disrespectful and it trickles down from Management. No accountability. Nasty, rude and always impatient. They are unable to handle the most simplest task. Always on their cell phones and never at the front window during business hours. Customer have to wait past 8am when doors are suppose to be open.

You wanna know why the USPS is failing? Visit this office and you'll find out why. The sign on the door that shows the hours that they're open says Sat 9:00 a m. to 1:00 p.m. Nope. Doors are locked. I sent a perishable package to AZ a few weeks ago and the woman behind the counter assured me that it would be there in two days. Nope. A week and a half later, the person I sent it to texted me pics of the destroyed items inside. The USPS is managed by third world mentality troglodytes and it will be AWESOME when it finally goes under forever. If you can't run a business, then you deserve to be put out of it.

Clerk on duty was a bit rude. Ask to speak to the manager and was told he was not available. Seems no one could help me.

I understand why this location got so many bad reviews. Come in at 8:15 on a Monday while hours are supposed to open at 8am. And the door still locked but there are two people in front of me. Instead of opening door for customer, the employees inside decided to stay locked and chat. Is this a joke ?

12/03/2022 Saturday around 12 noon I came in and said hello She looked right at me and still did not speak to say hello. I ask for a change of address court. She said they didn’t have any for me to do it online. She was just really rude she should not be working up front, doing customer service with an attitude and I didn’t get her name.

Submitted a hold mail request for 6/13/22-6/25/22 because of vacation. On the form I checked the please deliver held mail box for 6/27/22. On 6/27/22 I received the mail request form in my mailbox but no mail. I called the office and no one picked up the phone; instead they disconnected me. Yesterday I saw the carrier and asked about my held mail. He said he knew nothing about it. I have no idea what they did with my mail which should have included time sensitive notices, bills and a package. Their negligence will cause me doubtless late fee payments and other financial headaches. This has never happened in the past for hold mail requests. I am very upset.
