We really enjoyed our stay at the Hiestand House. Pam and Dallas were excellent hosts, the accommodations were very comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious!

I was planning a trip with my senior dog and wanted to find a place that was good for easy walks and a stay that was cozy and dog-friendly. I booked here after seeing pictures and reading reviews and it turned out to be a great experience for us.
Pam and Dallas were extremely welcoming and helpful. Their beautiful house is close to several trails with nice views. We had a full house that weekend and 3 of the rooms were returning guests, I think this speaks a lot. I absolutely loved the breakfast time with other guests. We started every morning sitting together, chatting and laughing, eating Pam's delicious food. Both me and my boy had a great time there.
Tips: If you are bringing a big dog, or dogs who are not good with stairs, you want to check with Pam first to see if the cottage is available because all the other rooms are on the second floor.

We really enjoyed our stay at BF Hiestand House B&B.
Pam and Dallas were wonderful and so welcoming. The beds were comfy, sheets were soft, towels were plush, and breakfast was delicious. Pam makes the fluffiest eggs ever!
I hope we get a chance to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect for our visit to the Lancaster area, within 30 -40 minutes of about anything we wanted to see. Pam and Dallas were wonderful hosts and provided a wonderful breakfast each day. Pam gave us great suggestions for attractions and events in the area. Love this place! Picked this B&B to be close to the Northwest Lancaster County River Trail and the house is just up the hill from one of the entrances to the trail. The owners, Pam and Dallas, are charming and attentive and the food was AMAZING! Highly recommend!

Yet again, another wonderful weekend stay at B F Hiestand House B&B! DELICIOUS breakfasts, comfortable rooms, relaxing porch, and quiet surroundings. Close to any attraction in surrounding areas as well! I highly, highly recommend this B&B, as we have stayed in many across the country!

The B F Hiestand House B&B was lovely and comfortable. I stayed in the Vanderslice Suite which was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. The whirlpool tub was relaxing and I enjoyed reading and watching movies in front of the fireplace. There were luxurious touches everywhere including wine glasses, bath robes, a towel warmer and a sound machine. The linens were buttery soft.Pam and Dallas were friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to accommodate my religious needs for the Sabbath. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this bed and breakfast.Rooms: The Vanderslice suite is uniquely decorated both with antique furniture and modern comforts in this Victorian house. The bedroom has a stunning English Victorian style washstand with decorated basin and pitcher. It has a small tv, fireplace, lounge chair, ottoman and comfortable king size bed. The sitting room has a full wall of books, two comfortable armchairs, a desk, electric fireplace and large tv. There are strategically placed lamps throughout. The bathroom has a whirlpool tub/shower combination and towel warmer. There is a large closet for hanging clothes and storing suitcases. There is a mini fridge in the hallway between the bedroom and sitting room.

My stay at the B F Hiestand house was wonderful. If you are looking for a great place to stay in the area - check this out. The hosts are so kind and welcoming. Breakfast was so delicious and all the wonderful touches in the home that make you feel a sense of casual elegance. Easy parking and entry as well with a digital code for after hours access. As a business traveler - I enjoyed the high speed internet and the ability to get work done online while in the house. My co-worker loved the room they were in as well and all the things that make the B F Hiestand house a great home away from home.
