Could not be happier with their service. As someone who has dabbled in analog media conversion, since finding My Digital Conversion I have opted to use them instead of converting myself due to the exceptional quality of their work and unbeatable pricing. I was able to take a dozen tapes that Legacy Box was unable to convert for a family member due to mold damage, and My Digital Conversion was able to restore them seemingly effortlessly. Well worth the drive from Philly for me, cannot recommend enough.

I stopped in to get 2 VHS tapes converted digitally. They were videos of my parents' wedding, and I wanted to have it for their 20th anniversary. I asked a few questions and feltconfident leaving these sentimental tapes in their hands. The gentleman at the desk assured me that they don't do anything except play the tape. I got the videos on a thumb drive and i couldnt wait until their anniversary in May, so i gave it to them for christmas. They do have up to a 6 week lead time but honestly if you plan ahead for your project, it is WELL worth it. Cost is reasonable too! I will be going back as I find some other home videos.

Found some old reel to reel family movies. Took them here and converted to thumb drive. The quality is amazing. The staff is so very friendly and explains the process and options. I found it to be affordable, but I can't put a price on things I've otherwise would have had to buy a projector and screen. Plus, I can easily take my thumb drive to family members for them to watch and enjoy. I will be going back for sure. I found so many reels!

Wonderful service.I had over 50 8 mm and Super 8 Movie films, mostly from the sixties. They put them on flash drive for me and now I can watch them on the computer screen or my TV. They turned out much better than I thought they would since they were so old and some were brittle.

I wanted to get two VHS tapes converted to DVD and I heard Walmart had that service. So I took them to my local Walmart and they told me it could take up to a YEAR to get my DVDs back. I wasn't willing to risk my tapes getting lost over that period of time, and potentially never receiving the DVDs. I was excited when I found My Digital Conversion searching on Google. They are located two hours away but I had the option to send my VHS tapes to them. Once they were ready I received an email and another email notifying me of shipment and the tracking information (once you pay the invoice). I had them back within 3 weeks (they told me on the phone this is a slower time of year). The quality of the DVDs I received was great!! We had a viewing party the night I received them. It was fun watching videos from 15 years ago that we didn't have the capability to view on a VHS for a long time! I highly recommend this company for your digital conversion needs! They are super friendly, organized and professional. If anyone mentions VHS conversions, I will definitely send them in this direction. :)
