Normally, I have pleasant experiences when going here, but unfortunately, this morning there was a very rude lady who had a problem because I ordered food. The attitude was definitely clear in her voice and I do not think that that is okay.

They sell moldy food and don't give refunds.... I'd give them 0.... Bad service. Employees only had sorry to say. ITS YOUR JOB TO THROW OUT EXPIRED ITEMS NOT SERVE THEM! What can you expect with a leaky roof throughout the store though

Bought an Italian sub for lunch this morning, sell by date it 5 days out but the bread is rock hard, the meat is slimy and the lettuce is brown. $7 thrown in the trash. Won't be going here anymore.

We went into the store to get chocolate milk. The milk was spoiled and curled and we told the team member of the month. Which I would take her award away from her. I am a inspector for Rutter's. That was deliberately delivered to that store to see if anyone would recognize it. She did nothing about it. This will definitely be ADDRESSED at the next corpoarte meeting. She will definitely be called in on this.

Dirty. Not impressed at all. Bathroom door wouldn't lock. Sign read "Please knock first"?Employees just hanging out making a ruckus. Will go across the street in the future. Very disappointed in Rutters.

I go in here two to three times a week when I forget my lunch and this place is clean and make you feel welcomed like when a place remembers you. Like your a regular. Always friendly nice and quick to tell me about deals great place great people .

Order large order of mozzarella sticks only got 3. & order snack wraps and got sliders instead with the wrong toppings. Two teenage looking guy complaining about what time till they worked till. Horrible.

Got rid of the best 3rd shift worker they’ve ever had definitely won’t be back to this backwards ruined store!! The food in the deli is all expired and you can tell it’s been relabeled but the workers. Nothing is fresh and everything that expires gets put back on the shelf
