Got racially profiled here a few weeks ago , the tall lady came OUTSIDE OF THE ESTABLISHMENT to my car to tell me I didn’t pay for a 25$ stuffed animal , after I was dumbfounded by the accusation that were being said , I come inside only for them to check their side for the transaction and found it , then lied and said “ on the cameras they will call the cops “ , been in retail for 4 years I know personally your not allowed to do that under any circumstances , I’ve never even heard of something like that in my life. The short blonde lady I’m guessing is the manager told the tall girl to come after me after she watched me for 15 mins in the store order my food , pay for it and wait for it , very unprofessional and I’m very disappointed . If your an African American or any other race that includes you being darker skinned i wouldn’t recommend going here during the night shift , I’m incredibly hurt and feel very disappointed.

Haven't stopped here in awhile but did last night. Used the bathroom and the urinals look like they haven't been cleaned in months. They all had a mustard colored film that wasn't a permanent stain. Seemed pretty obvious no one has cleaned them in a long time. Gross

As a truck driver, I love coming here unfortunately they don’t allow you to sit overnight. You will be asked to move. Just don’t get too comfortable.

Went in on 7/14 for a drink and quick bite. Got there around 9:45 and didn't end up walking out until 10:30...... just waiting for hot food. The service was ridiculous and employees just dont care.

Twice now they have completely ruined my order through door dash. Today they forgot half the order and gave my the wrong drink entirely. Store doesn’t answer the phone and you can’t do anything on the Sheetz ap to file a complaint. I hope the Wawa opening next door ruins this location.

On Saturday 7/6 I stopped at this Sheetz about 12:30am. I was headin home from a job in Virginia and was feeling a bit wired from the drive and I decided to stop for a late night meal. When I pulled in, I noticed about a dozen cars all parked in the lot, with teenagers hovering around loitering, with no sign that any then had patroness this Sheetz. I parked, walked in and I spent a total of $27 on food, drink and a pack of cigarettes. I took my food to my van, opened the back doors and sat on my hitch while I ate. I hadn't even finished my late dinner, when FOUR(!?) local police officers showed up threatening to evict me. I had established that I had just bought food, that there had been teenagers obviously loitering and truckers sleeping in their rigs. I asked them why I was being discriminately targeted and made to leave. They told me the manager had specifically called.
I wasn't causing a disturbance, I hadn't even been there a total of 20 min, and the manager discriminates me. They trespassed me from the property and refused to allow me to return unopened items that I had purchased at the same location that wouldn't allot me 20 minutes to consume said purchases, while a dozen loud trucks sit in the parking lot with 2 dozen teenagers smoke pot. Whoever that older woman is, managing this store; should be ashamed of their self. I won't begin to describe here my experience with that particular local police department either.
ABSOLUTELY DEPLORABLE MANAGEMENT, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OVERALL AWFUL PEOPLE. I LIVE NEARBY AND I CAN ASSURE YOU I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS STORE AND I WILL TELL ANYONE LISTENING YO DO THE SAME.

It's a shame that a small town has a store with this kind of service. The young lady at the counter was nice, but my sub was horrible. I ordered a steak and cheese and it was not prepared correctly. The meat, cheese, and sautee onion and peppers were ice cold, and my sub was never toasted. The bathrooms are poorly maintained, with bugs crawling around. I don't recommend anyone to stop by here to buy "freshly cooked" meals. Because I believe in a fair and honest review, I decided to give sheetz a chance to redeem itself and ordered a breakfast sandwich, which was made to perfection. This shows that management needs to watch their employees closely and weed out the bad ones.

Don't waste your time. Dumpiest place I have seen in a long time. Truck Diesel pumps didn't work and the other pumps card readers didn't work. Everyone seemed to have a no-care attitude.
