Don't bother going there. If you have any discount or coupon they don't honor them. That was the first subway I've ever been to that doesn't honor coupons that were delivered to my house, which is only a couple miles away. And I had to stand in line and wait for 10 minutes to be told

Tried to order my usual sandwich that I get at other locations, just salami , cheese, and lettuce, which is usually around $8. They said they couldn't do a build your own and charged me for a veggie sandwich with double pepperoni, that ended up costing $13, which is outrageous for such a simple sandwich. They were also standing around in the back just talking and I had to wait for someone to notice me and take my order.

This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had I ordered three subs and they messed up two of them and when I asked for them to fix them, they instead proceeded to argue with me about how they could not do that and then hung up the phone. I have honestly no idea how this place is still running. horrendous and helpless employees.

Ordered directly through the subway website, got to the store after the website said my order was ready, to find the store CLOSED! We have spent the last week getting the run around about a refund and the owner refuses to speak to me. Poor management. Poor ownership and Poor customer service!

Visited in the middle of the day on July 4th. There was one employee in the store, she admitted she was new and wasn't sure how to handle my order. I asked for one of the signature subs but she wasn't sure how to dress it. They were missing standard toppings on their bar, including sweet peppers. After I got home, I realized I was overcharged for double meat and cheese on two subs adding up to $30 for two sandwiches, no sides. I'm not often near this place but I went back a few days later to ask for a refund. Again, only one person working, and she said she would have to contact the store owner who at that time wasn't available by phone or text. Left my name, number and copy of receipt and never heard anything back. I don't recommend this Subway location.

The absolute cheapest owners imaginable. Signs all over say they don’t take coupons. Every time I go in here the employees give me the absolute bare minimum ingredients possible to consider it physically a sandwich. They need to close.

Ordered through Grubhub. My sub (cold cut combo) was supposed to be on the Italian bread but got the Herb and cheese (not even an option when ordering and somewhat stale!) and no extra cheese. Thankfully was reimbursed by GrubhubMy daughter was actually happy to get the Herb and cheese for her sub so that's why 2 stars

Ate here on 11/22/22 and got food poisoning and was sick for a week. No one else in my household ate here and they did not get sick, so I’m positive it was subway. Would give 0 stars if I could. Prices are also outrageous for the amount of meat on the sub.. skip subway all together
