The front desk employee is mental! Just moved to the area and I asked her a question about a mail delivery and she went crazy. Extremely unprofessional behavior! Luckily there’s a gentlemen who answered my question in a professional way. Waw!

I can take the same package to other post offices and pay half to mail it. I've done it several times after realizing that this post office price gouges. They will place your envelope or package on the scale. Prices come up on the screen. They press a button and then suddenly it doubles or more. I now drive to the next town to mail things to save money.

A week ago I asked them to not mail something to the incorrect address that came up on the screen as I was shipping a wedding gift to my friend. Shipped priority last Monday and it is still currently lost in the mail.Went today to ship Christmas presents. Got there around 11:15 and waited in the lobby as there were two other customers in the office itself, and it is very small. Trying to maintain social distancing as I am pregnant and it is the right thing to do. At 11:30 the worker came and locked us out, told us we should have been in line inside. When we explained that we were trying to find the governments recommendations for social distancing, he said "we close at 11:30" and walk away. Wow, Merry Christmas to you too.

Just moved up to Marietta called them to fix my mailbox and they never fixed it now I do not know where my mail is it They don’t update their stuff on time for the mailboxes to be fixed Calling them you get the runaround

Yeah and I haven't recieved any of my mail in about a month now and no one returned my call the first time so I physically go there to mention how I haven't got any mail and leave my phone number. Still no call. I call and they say they'll look into it. just to call me back and tell me I should look for my mail when I already am or wouldn't be aware that I'm not recieveing any for the past month now. I've lived in the same place for over a year and their way of resolving it is to tell me to look for my mail when I do so where has my mail gone for the past month?? I still have yet to get an answer or my mail. No help at all when I called to complain. I'm told it's my fault. It's not. Worst post office I ever had to deal with!! A week later. It's still not resolved! Smh.

Our mail man for rivermoor is not the best. They shove our mail in the little po box imstead of putting it in the lager box for iteams meant to b3 handled with care. We have very expensive items that we purchase and would rather not have them ruined cause our mail carrier was lazy.

I do membership for the Sons of the American Legion and they have been very helpful during this busy time for me. Sometimes I need extra postage and my envelope is so stuffed that they reccomend it to be non-machinable. That way it arrives in a timely manner and not torn by the sorting process.

Horrible customer service always have a horrible attitude won't help customers shut this place down This is the fifth time I've dealt with them face to face and it's horrible along with any phone call you made to them. I would avoid going there if at all possible!

I rescinded my last post because they were able to help me out when they did not have to. I can understand that a lot of the problems come from understaffing and I can appreciate that.
