“Today I received wonderful very needed help at Advance Auto Parts in Coal Township, Pennsylvania. The young man who had a great attitude and was extremely helpful and courteous is named Austin. Because of his help and the help of a local towing business employee I was able to finish the long drive back to my home. My car insurance company roadside assistance contractor turned up no help at all for me after almost 2 hours. I give all the thanks to God for having two people close to my disabled car location who helped as soon as they got word of my situation. It was almost too difficult for me to use the online roadside assistance form but I did get it done. It's much easier to be able to get a live operatoror right away to speak to as used to happen. I was dealing with several different people 2000 miles away. I really want to be able to get a live person faster as it used to be after calling my insurance claim number. I really do thank God for Austin's help in particular. And for the help of a female working with the local tow truck business.”
