It says they're open 24 hours 7 days a week but when you call them coming off the turnpike they say that they're closed to reset their computer system. It's happened more than once not just to me but other people and when you get off the turnpike in cranberry they're not a lot of places to get food so you figure you call ahead and ask for a full Pizza which it says they do 24 hours a day however they don't and then when you actually go there actually after you get off of the turnpike they're open there's no problems that's just they're too lazy to make food so go to Sheetz or GetGo. This place is trash and the workers are lazy and they're liars about their hours so don't go to this dump go to a real place like Sheetz or GetGo and you'll get food all night long with no problem. Ended up spending $60 for food for the family @ Sheetz and this place couldn't even handle that because of their lazineness. Sunoco 711 pick one or the other but they have both on their sign and they're both trash!

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I stopped and filled up my gas tank and then they told me I can’t piss because their bathrooms are closed to the public and customers. Disgusting and disgraceful.

One morning I went to this location to get a cup of coffee. Jessica not only recommended a great coffee selection for me. She was very busy however she took the time to help me. Jessica is very personable. I'm never hesitant when there's sometimes a long line because Jessica is very proficient at her job.

I've visited this convenience store over a dozen times for gas, and as a business traveler, I always need a receipt for my expenses. However, every single time I've tried to get one at the pump, the receipt dispenser is either empty or broken. Each time, I’m forced to go inside, wait in line, and request a receipt from the cashier—an unnecessary and time-consuming hassle. It feels like a tactic to get customers inside the store, but it's a huge inconvenience for those of us who just want to fuel up and get on with our day. After dealing with this issue repeatedly, I’ve had enough. I won't be returning.

Watched a guy urinating in your parking lot... Everyone's responsible for their own actions of course ... but you may want to rethink that keeping the restroom locked policy.

Watched them throw raw chicken and hamburger patties on grill, then proceeded to touch my fried food and put into package to give me.Granted when I told them, they apologized and remade my food. I appreciated that, but it shouldn’t haven’t been something I had to do. I wouldn’t trust the food you don’t see them make.

Best oasis on a long drive - friendly staff, warm restrooms (for winter travelers), a broad array of hot beverages and condiments. I link the herbal teas with honey. They even have complimentary lemon juice!

Are you only open 24 hours just to sell gas? Your ATM surcharge is outdated and your late night food offerings are nearly non existent. Unless you're only wanting gas and cold food, go to Sheetz. Better yet, just support Sheetz anyway because they actually understand customer satisfaction and aren't just trying to sell a couple extra gallons of gas.I've been going here for a couple weeks because it was within waking distance of my motel. I'd lamented the ATM surcharge to the cashier on one occasion and the lack of hot dog options on another. Walked over tonight and there were no hot dogs at all. Ordered some online from the Sheetz a short distance away and they were ready by the time I drove there. I'm so done with 7-11Oh, and my hot dogs ended up being free because of reward points so it ended up only costing me a little a time and gas to get what you couldn't manage to sell me
