I think his name was Matt? But an older gentleman helped me out immensely today. Kind and helpful, also listened to what I needed. Awesome experience and I will definitely go back instead of UPS or the regular post office.

This location and its employees went above and beyond! I went in asking for a lot to be completed and shipped in a short amount of time and the assistant manager (Bill)and the employees exceeded my expectations. This store is great to work with! They're very efficient and timely in the jobs that you send to them for printing. Customer service is exceptional! It's great to have a local store that is reliable and does a great job!

Place is a joke, they break my package and because I was in a serious auto accident and almost does they deny my claim because I didnt file it within their arbitrary 60 day period, I guess they don't consider that life circumstances sometimes happen that their rules can't be followed. I guess 60 days means they are no longer responsible for something they did, I wish life worked that way so we could all just keep our fingers crossed and hope 60 days pass if we mess something up that way if you get called out on it, hwy sorry that was more than 60 days ago not my problem anymore you deal with it. CORPORATE GREED AT ITS FINEST! GOOD JOB FEDEX, what a joke. Maybe you can at least send me a get well soon card while I was in the hospital with a an big F U in it.

This is the 3rd time now in the last year I've showed to drop a package off only to be greeted by a sign on the door stating "store closed." This was during posted normal business hours and just today I saw l employees still inside. So, now, I will not hold off on leaving a one star review any longer. Fairly unacceptable for a "small" company like FedEx.

Crystal has always been accommodating and works hard! I had a visit recently where she not only met my expectations but she exceeded them. All in all, I’ve been to this location numerous times in the last 3 years and everytime I come here, I was treated well. Team members are courteous and everyone works hard. Keep up the great work FedEx team of Cranberry!
UPDATE: Service been going down hill here at this location. That guy name Mark is just terrible. Acts nice but not helpful at all in multiple incidences. Every time I go there, I hope to NOT see or deal with Mark.

I've had a package sitting in there for 4 days now all it has to do is be delivered to Home Depot in Cranberry 3 Mi down the road what's the problem FedEx I've heard this from many people.
