You check in on the app, go to salon you need to once again check in however they tell you to take a seat.......several others walk in and get immediate attention and are double checked in.....system is whacked out. It should not be this difficult to get a haircut

Brought my 4 YEAR OLD son to get a haircut and was told I had to wait at the entrance instead of standing near him. Again he is four. The stylist asked if things looked ok from across the room but I couldn't really tell. His haircut wasn't what I asked for but couldn't "intervene".

The best! Tina did an outstanding job today! I got a salon style cut for an 8th of the price. She was so patient and friendly-everyone working there was. Just Wonderful.My hair looks and feels awesome. Definitely recommend!
