At one point I had given this place 5 stars. After my recent experience, I will no longer shop here, and will also recommend people shop elsewhere. Their return policy is arbitrary and not clearly stated. It's gone downhill significantly, and the quality of people working there is sub-par. Over the past 5 years I've purchased several firearms from this location, used them for suppressor transfers, etc.Recently I purchased a S&W 10mm M&P to replace my EDC rig, and mentioned I was looking for an optic and wasn't sure what options were available. I was greeted by one of the gunsmiths who talked me into a SIG Romeo 2. I don't have a problem spending good money for quality optics. They offered to mount the optic, and off I went. When I returned home I noticed the Romeo 2 did not cowitness with the M&P's suppressor height sights. By a longshot. This is completely unacceptable for a carry piece as you shouldn't put your life in the hands of a $2 lithium battery,I returned to the store and asked if I could return the Romeo 2 and get something else, and was told they would not accept the return, despite the fact the firearm was never fired, and they clearly sold me something that did not meet my requirements. The manager at the time wasn't even man enough to have a reasonable conversation with me, and instead asked me to move out of the way so other customers could pay.I could understand if this policy was clearly stated, however it was never communicated to me, wasn't printed on the receipt, or displayed anywhere in the store. The irony is Holosun makes an M&P specific optic that is direct fit without an adapter plate, is solar powered, and cowitnesses. Why did the sales folks not know about this as they are a holosun dealer?Don't do business here, they suck. There are better options where you will be respected as a customer and won't have to deal with unreasonable prepubescent manlet managers.

I really enjoy coming to this range. Every one is always helpful and customer service has been great. Trent is usually there and always makes the experience a good one when checking in. The range officers are helpful and push brass for me to collect on the side. Will continue to come here.

9 employees standing around not helping or even greeting customers. Very strange.

Terrible experience. Terrible customer service. Trent and the manager need to work on a few things. In the meantime spend you money at better ranges that appreciate your business. Way over priced, and extremely rude compared to new ranges opened or opening in the market.

Used to love going here I would bring groups of people to shoot and have a blast until this time I was charged an extra $50 for another hour of shooting time for being 4 minutes late checking out needless to say I will never come back unless keystone corrects this

I had visited Keystone gun range on December 30, 2023 around 4:40 PM. I have been to the gun range multiple times Before with no problems, other than up to this point. There was a store employee there, named Harlem Racially profiled me because Of the way I looked and targeted me directly, saying that I had smelled like marijuana. Mind you I had been about 10 feet away from the desk looking at the gun rentals behind him as well as there being at least 20 other people around me. To their surprise I am a registered nurse educator with a masters degree and have never used this substance. It was so surprising hearing this and I have never been more embarrassed and targeted in my life. Not only did this staff member stereotype me, but he threatened to not let me shoot At the range with no type of evidence. I understand there is policy and procedure to follow in regard to marijuana/alcohol usage but to point me out solely without a clue who I am is ridiculously ignorant. This should be universal statement for everyone to sign understanding that there should be no substance in your system to shoot because no one should be targeted In that manner unless having factual evidence. After this incident, I will no longer be attending Keystone gun range and take my service elsewhere. I do not recommend coming here if you are a Minority or from an Ethnic Background!!

My wife & I visited this establishment as we wanted to look at a few firearms that I noted they had in stock, when I had previously been in the shop the day before. We stood around for 10 minutes waiting for a sales associate to greet & help us with our interests. There was only one other customer in the store and a very young sales person couldn't stop speaking to her about how great Glocks are and that Rugers (which she seemed interested in) fail to fire (FTF) every hundred rounds. Hmmm... wonder what Ruger would think of that comment? Your sales personnel should first listen to the customer and ask questions, not malign what inventory you carry.Growing impatient, we politely asked the front staff person if we could be assisted. His answer: "I can't as I'm watching the front desk". OK, but you can't call someone to the front to assist?Next, my wife approached the staff person at the rental counter and inquired as to potential help. Again, "I can't help you. I have to man this counter." OK, my wife says, but where do I go to get some assistance? Employee: "Oh, there's always 2 or 3 associates wandering the floor you can ask" Clearly this wasn't the case - the store isn't that big and you couldn't see anyone but he, the front desk guy and the young Glock fanboy. As a firearm enthusiast for 40 years, I noted several pieces of merchandise were mislabeled, misshelved or were inaccurately described. I pointed these out to the front desk guy... who literally yawned.Their firearm range had ridiculously narrow lanes compared to other indoor ranges I've been to and the range officer was too busy interrupting people. Instead of paying attention to the group as a whole (as a safety officer should) he was offering poor shooting advice. We will never return.

Knowledge staff and always friendly. Weekends have heaviest traffic so plan accordingly. Large selection of firearms and they are a Elite Sig Sauer dealer.

Been here a couple of times to use the range over the years and always had a good experience. The employees have been nice and supportive. However our recent visit shattered my respect for this place.I visited with my girlfriend and a female friend who has never shot a gun before. While we were shooting, my friend wanted to swap lane with me so she took the empty firearm with the chamber wide open and was going to walk over. Before she could take a step back, an older employee grabbed the gun out of her hand, stood right in front of her face and screamed at her. He then proceeded to tell me that if he sees us pointing the gun around he’s going to throw us out.I was shaken but did not think the employee had any ill intentions until after we got out of the range, my girlfriend told me that he had overheard the older employee commenting on our race, saying that we clearly didn’t know we were doing because we were “foreign”. He also talked to her directly to tell her how irresponsible it was for me to bring an inexperienced person to the range.Since that employee did not have the balls to say these things to my face. I will address his comment here. I have been hunting since high school and hold a concealed carry license. The exact reason I bring people who don’t have to experience to shoot is to increase awareness for how to safely handle a gun and responsible gun ownership.I am disappointed that this place has employees who are close minded like that and I’m saddened that I likely won’t return here again.

I purchased 2 rifles, a handgun for my wife, a bunch of ammo and some accessories as two separate orders online (all my wife's stuff was one order). Almost two weeks had gone by and I had not heard anything regarding my 2 orders. Thefollowing day, Andrea emailed me to say that my wife's order was completed and that I could pick it up. My order wasn't ready as she was waiting on my ammo to come in. We went in to go pick my wife's order up, and Andrea stated that she still didn't have my ammo in. Andrea went out of her way to go check to see if she had other ammo in stock so that she could complete my order (since we were there already and live almost an hour away). Andrea defines customer service and did not have to do what she did. I am a member at Keystone, have purchased all our guns and ammo there, and will continue to do so because of people like Andrea.

My wife and I took the 3 hour Basic Handgun Course last Sunday. We both really enjoyed it. Eric was the instructor and he did a great job making it educational and also fun. The facility is top notch. I wish it was in the South Hills where we live. It was well worth the drive up north. I recommend it to everyone.

The store is clean and well lit. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive. I did not have time to use the firing range. You can rent ear and eye protection. You can rent guns to use in the range. If you rent a firearm you must purchase ammo for it there. If you bring your own guns you can use your own ammo or purchase ammo there. Guns, ammo, targets, gun bags, safes, cleaning kits, knives, shirts/hoodies, hats, stickers and patches can be purchased here. You can do transfers here. Classes are offered here. There is a gunsmith on location a few days a week. There are options for membership. There are corporate memberships available. VIP members have access to a VIP Lounge that is very nice. This is an FFL.

My girlfriend and I visited as very very very beginners to a shooting range, and we had a great time here. The staff were helpful, friendly, and were not patronizing when it came to walking us through everything we needed to know. We'll definitely be back.
