Seemed really nice and knowledgeable. Checked everything, told me it was my spark plugs not my transmission. Agreed on bringing it back two days later to get them changed then when I called to drop off my car his phone was disconnected and drove by to see if they was there it was like a ghost town. Sucks really thought I found a reliable mechanic.

Mark (at Mars Transmission Service) sets the bar on how any auto repair shop should operate. Or at a minimum he went well beyond my expectations.
He squeezed me in with short notice, figured out the problem quickly and gave me an incredibly reasonable price (cash price in my case). He even worked late to fix the problem same day while communicating every step of the way.
If you have anything going on with your transmission, this is the place to come.

To put it simply; Mark saved me from a nightmare of repairs from the dealership. He is kind, and respectful; making it easy to trust him with my vehicle. It has been three weeks now and my truck runs great. Ironically, it has a little more HP now that its transmission is working like new which feels amazing. Thanks Mark! Mars transmission offers an excellent service at an excellent price. I went with a junk yard transmission first. There were 4 junkyard transmissions under the hood of my car before I had the common sense to insist a refund. Mars transmission was only a few hundred dollars more than the junk yard, and they did it right the first time. My family has used Mars transmission in the past and we've always been treated right.
