“I made a terrible mistake and forgot I replaced my tried and true Samsung DW printer. They made a change in the OEM cartridge design and changed the number slightly. Alas, I received what I ordered and it did not fit, so I sent a picture of the spent correct cartridge and an explanation that I had ordered the wrong number; the fault was entirely mine.
This is when the experience turned weird. Brice shipped me replacements without charge and apologized profusely, again when the first issue was entirely my fault, But now i'm sitting on 4 wrong carts and 2 correct carts - how do these guys make a living like this?
Wow, what terrific service. I requested a return label on the 4 wrong carts, hasn't come yet. I'll give it one more shot before I give up, but obviously, they will do whatever it takes to ensure 100% satisfaction.”
