“I am not sure who helped me today but he was very tall and made sure that I understood how to mail eBay packages. I wasn’t really paying attention because he was attractive and it made me nervous but I think they are all going to the right place and if not I still think 5 stars is appropriate. Also the facility is extremely cold. More places should be 64°F”

“My wife called in concern of not receiving mail after almost two months of doing a stop of mail at the old address and change of address for the new one. The gentleman we spoke with was beyond proficient in his area of expertise and got to the bottom of it within minutes. He was super professional, understood every concern of ours, and took the best care I feel could be given and represented by the USPS. Highly satisfied with the customer service we received, I forget the gentleman's name but he's been there 30+ years and he is fantastic.”
“This is a regular-size USPS with full services. The free car park in front has about two dozen spaces. There are interesting stone guardian statues of stylistic mail eagles set flanking the top of the stairs leading to the front entrance (see photos ). There is also a long ramp for wheelchair access at the side. The postmaster was very friendly and helpful.”

“I had a fantastic experience working Carly (apologies if I got the spelling wrong) at the USPS in Zelienople, PA. She went absolutely above and beyond to help me track down a lost package. Carly took the time to call me daily with updates, kept me informed every step of the way, and was incredibly pleasant and professional throughout the whole process. Easily the best customer service I have ever experienced.

“Just so people realize there are 2 USPS warehouses in Warrendale so you may have the wrong one or may see it pass between the 2. Unless its damaged or has some other issue it passes through within 12hrs. The only exception is Sundays and holidays if there is not an issue with the package. If the address is only hand written the machines may not read ur address and route it incorrectly. Also if the package cant be or doesn't get scanned right it may look like its sitting but it may already be out of the warehouse.”

We get all our mail delivered to my our address and we don’t get any neighbors mail in my mailbox. We now don’t run into any usps mail issues that needs addressing. Glad to know someone masters their job . Our neighborhood appreciates your service.”
