“We chose a storage unit to suit our needs and were very happy to find such a nice, organized, and clean facility so conveniently located near our home. The manager JP was very helpful and pleasant throughout the process. We did however have a question about a promotion that could not be addressed in the office. We ultimately ended up speaking with a manager above JP that answered our question and resolved the situation, I appreciated that but I have to say I was surprised at what I was told by that manager. After he patiently waited while I told my story, in case any of our 4 messages left had not been clear, he asked if I was done? I said yes, I'm being quiet now. He said oh it's okay. I waited while you were rattling off about things... I was wishing the personable guy JP that manages the Gibsonia location would have been able to help us with our question because I don't think he would tell a customer that he was letting her "rattle off about things". I still give it 5 stars though because I am really happy about this location and the time JP took with us. I just hope I never have any reason to talk to anyone not physically at the location again.”

“The employee,Amanda, is great. I drove from new york to pa to put items in storage due to a move. She was great, sent me directions and stayed until I arrived. Amanda is knowledgeable and friendly. I took a second load, and she was just as gracious then just like the first visit. The storage lockers are clean with plenty of light. “My husband and I lived in one of the smaller square footage 1 bedrooms for 2 years and really enjoyed our time there. The landlord is a great, chill guy who takes pride in his work. Sarah in the office helps run a smooth ship and is very friendly. Anytime we needed anything fixed, it was done very quickly (and with quality)! You can always get ahold of someone with a quick response and resolution. The entire building is kept extremely clean. The layout is great and helps eliminate any sound from next door. We lived on the second of three floors and did hear our upstairs neighbors a moderate amount, but that's to be expected in any apartment building. Very reasonably priced and a great location - easy access to route 8, but with plenty of privacy - everyone is pretty chill and quiet. More than enough parking spots for both residents and guests. A great sized kitchen with TONS of storage (unheard of in apartments!) And same goes for the bathroom. The bedroom was a little small, but we have a king sized bed and made it work. If you have a queen or smaller, it's a fine sized room. I would've liked to have some outdoor space, but given all the other great things going for this apartment, it was well worth the cost of living there! We only moved because we bought a house - would've stayed longer otherwise. Would recommend anyone to live here!”
