I just had two commercial grinder sump pumps at my facilities worked on by Doug and i couldn't be any more please . He did a great job in a timely , efficient manner ,was very knowledgeable & explained things while he worked . I don't give compliment easily except when a person & company deserves so they definitely do!!

My grinder pump failed on Monday night and I made the call to Tepco. Rich Moran called me first thing Tuesday morning to let me know he was a half hour away. He showed up exactly when he said he would and immediately started trouble shooting my pump issue. He explained every step to me. He found the issue, and had me back up and running in no time at all. I could not have asked for better customer service. This was my first experience with Tepco, and it most definitely won't be last.

My grinder pump alarm started going off and I called to have it looked at. They put me on the schedule first thing this morning . Rich Moran was the service tech that came out. He was just the nicest guy. He went right to work, figured out what was wrong and fixed it in a timely manner. He explained everything he was doing and didnt seem to mind me watching. I will definitely call Rich again if I have any future issues.

Very UPSET and SHOCKED! I was having issues with my sewage and was getting error signals on December 18th and kindly the sanitation authority came out. They set me up with TEPCO as it might have been an electrical problem. The tech called me and said they could come out tomorrow Sunday (again very nice). I said I could wait until Monday ( just in case it wasn’t covered under warranty) the tech told me most times it’s under the warranty. The gentleman comes out and pumps some water out to get a better look. He said there won’t be any charges and he will figure everything out. Then pulls the pump out. I had messed up and we made the mistake of flushing childrens wipes. The sanitation authority member kindly came out as well. The sanitation authority member told me they oh no Dave this will be a bill on you. I was upset but understood. After the sanitation authority left the tech told me he was a man of his word and there would be no charges to me. I’m not proud of this but we had a gentleman’s agreement he would write it up special to help me out and do me a favor. He gave me his business card in case they said I would have any charges. I was going to offer him a tip for saving me hundreds. I have time stamped texts with my wife to prove after it was all said and done this tech kindly told me there would be no charges. Fast forward I get a bill for $612 dollars. I said okay let me call my tech back to have him reword things like he told me after the fact. The tech was on vacation so his boss Steve fielded my call. Looking back I wish I would have talked to the tech directly because of our gentleman’s agreement. Steve said I neglected the pump and put rags in it. I would never put a rag down the toilet. I did admit the flushable wipes got me because they did not disintegrate and actually aren’t flushable. Steve said he didn’t believe what I was saying and truly made me very frustrated. My wife proceeded to talk to him as another witness and he said “I don’t believe you” questioning my character. My wife did curse at him an I apologized. But I work in education and would swear on a stack of bibles my story is true. Steve finally says he will do an investigation and talk to his tech on Tuesday the 4th and call me that day. Steve did NOT call me and I called him today. He said he had been busy and I understand. (Who lied to who now with calling!). I asked if I should talk to the owner about this and he stood by their company as reputable. I said I saw it was but the truth is I have evidence and proof and highly recommend they do a better job with communication and training. I would NEVER recommend them to you.

Awesome Job! Alarm went off right after I showered this morning at 5:00am and called Tepco, left a message and within minutes was called back and told that tech would be there in around 9:00am. I live an hour away and that is very impressive. Tech Rich Moran showed up right on time. Rich was super, he pulled the grinder and proceeded to check everything and explain to me what he was doing. He repaired the pump right there, how great was that. He was such a nice person, I left for work before he was finished and he said no problem and would contact me if there was anything else, what terrific service. I just want to say thanks again for getting my grinder pump up and running so fast.Thanks Again,Scott Austin

Called TEPCO because my alarm went off on my newly installed pump for our sewer system. After calling, they arrived in under two hours. Very impressed with their quick and excellent service by Rich! Highly recommended this company to everyone!

There aren’t enough words to thank Rich for his WONDERFUL and FAST service (two days before Christmas.) When our grinder pump alarm sounded we called Tepco. They are super nice and so helpful! Rich is AWESOME!!! Thanks so much for getting us back up and running!!!

I had an alarm going off on my E/One grinder pump. I called Trombold Equipment. The service technician (Rich) was here in less than an hour. He was able to fix the issue along with explaining a few things about the pump that I didn't know. Having utility issues at your home can be very frustrating. Trombold Equipment and Rich were able to give me peace of mind with my issue. Thank you for your help and knowledgeable service technician Rich.

We had a grinder pump fail and our service tech Rich came and discovered issues beyond what we were aware of. He and the Trombold team went above and beyond for us, researching where the pump came from and helping rectify a situation they didn’t need to. They truly care more about their customers than just making money. We can’t thank Rich & his team enough for helping us, and for being so kind through the entire experience. We were so impressed by this company! Thank you so much, and we will not hesitate to call in the future for all of our pump needs!

What is a gal to do when the grinder pump fails going into the weekend! She gets blessed with a technician who went above and beyond. Rich is my hero. He would have arrived after dark so we agreed to 1st thing in the morning. I appreciated his expertise, and how he explained every detail to me. From the cost to the type of product I would need. But what I appreciate the most is how he kept in contact with me during that 12 hour Period. Who does that?? Telling me to hang on, hang tight. True to his word I was up and running by 11:00 a.m. the next day. Thank you Rich!!!!!

Called Tepco after alarm notification on grinder pump, two days before Thanksgiving, Technician Rich Moran arrived within 2hours. He was " First Class", Professional, very informative and hard working. Diagnosed problem after removing pump, made all repairs. Back up and running in 2 hrs. Great Service! Will recommend to all. I ended up buying an EOne grinder pump through Trombold. I've never lived in a house that needed one, so I was a little nervous. But they took care of me and were VERY responsive After purchasing it, Rich came out and had checked over all of the wiring and configuration thoroughly and quickly. There were a few minor wiring issues that the electrician made that Rich caught. A few days later, I emailed Rich to let him know it was fixed, and within 20 MINUTES I had an email back from him. I can't even get my family to call me back that quick, let alone a company that already has my money and could technically care less about me. But Trombold/Tepco/Rich did, and it speaks volumes.
