“Today 03/17/2024 was a very challenging day, however, Chase from your company had very good customer service. Even though the agent did not give him my phone number to contact me, I did not have to wait as long as the app stated. We communicated about the issue, he did not over do anything with my car I order not to cause further issues. Chase communicated with me the entire time of him towing my vehicle to the designated destination. Was able to place my car in a secure spot with no issues. Chase is a very nice and respectful tow truck driver. I understand that we do not know the tow truck drivers , however, being respectful will take you a long way. Give Chase a raise.”

From Tow, to boondocking on their lot in our RV, to our repair on our truck, I cannot say enuff about any single person I encountered.
We broke down on pike when turbo blew in our truck while towing our RV. We had both hauled back two miles to Harrisburg and luck was w/us. First by Sharpe who's employeed by Pike Safety patrol, then by/H&S.

“I had originally called John here at West shore auto for a look over on my car just to figure out what needs to be done within a hour I got call about everything we need to do today and for future work .
John was not only fully honest and gave me estimates on everything which beat alot of competitors prices. He full explained everything that we needed for the future in detail. He had fit me in for service that wasnt planned nd did a spectacular job,I had my rear brakes done for a lot cheaper then I was going to get them, originally I thought it was all 4 but John had assured me they're still good and gave me estimates on future work for amazing prices.Not only was John nd his team extremely fast and precise with their work their customer service skills really make this place shine over a lot of shops. I highly recommend John nd his team at West shore auto if u need anything for your car. I will definitely be coming here for future work.”

“Just recently moved to Linglestown from Florida. I typically do all my own work however I needed a wheel bearing pressed on my Saturn S series and did not have a press. Kenny answered the phone promptly and politely when I called and was able to accommodate me next day. I dropped off my knuckle and he called me 30 minutes later to tell me it was all done. “I was towing my trailer, and was heading home after buying a load of coal. Unfortunately, the left tire of the trailer blew out and was shredded. I had to leave the trailer on the shoulder of the road and return with a new tire on another wheel the next day. When I arrived to replace the trailer tire I thought I was well-equipped with a new tire on a wheel, a floor jack and an impact wrench. I found my old floor jack was not up to the job and could not raise the trailer for the tire replacement. I called Edkin's Towing and explained my situation. He agreed to come to my assistance, brought a working jack, and finished the job. I was relieved to get my coal and trailer off the shoulder of the road and towed home. I was pleased Mr. Edkin was willing to take on such an unconventional job.”
