Above and beyond friendly helpful and timely !”
“This company is a 1 man show and he is on it. When I say this gentleman loaded my car in less than five minutes.bI'm not lying. He is good at his job. Always up front with price. Keeps you posted on when he will arrive. Sends your pictures of your vehicle at the destination that you requested. Works late to make sure customer is satisfied. I would recommend this company to everyone. Make a small business boom.”

“Was left stranded with a flat tire right before the big snow storm hit us all. After waiting on AAA dispatch and when mechanics were able to assist me, Collin (maybe his name) showed up and had the spare tire in 15 Minutes or less. Had the right equipment to do the job fast before dark. Now I have to get my tire valve stem repaired. Thanks!”
“Great communication, quality of the job and timeliness. Got me in for an estimate and job finished before the shop his insurance company referred me to could even get me in for an estimate! Heather was great to work with. Couldn’t be happier with the whole process.”
“I highly recommend going to them for your car issues. I have been coming to them for 15 plus years. Everytime I go to get my car check or had car issues. I always trust Jon and his team to work on my car. Thanks again for the great service and I’d be back for future appointments.”

“This place is great! Super fast tire repair, fixed my flat in no time. Only lost about 10 lbs of air, but I was told that everything is ok and that my sensor just needs to reset. So I'm driving down the road waiting for the air to pump back in! Thanks guys!”
“Absolutely phenomenal to deal with!
From Tow, to boondocking on their lot in our RV, to our repair on our truck, I cannot say enuff about any single person I encountered.
We broke down on pike when turbo blew in our truck while towing our RV. We had both hauled back two miles to Harrisburg and luck was w/us. First by Sharpe who's employeed by Pike Safety patrol, then by/H&S.
Above and beyond!
Ty u all so very much.”

“First and foremost, the promptness of the tow truck's arrival was impressive. I found myself in a stressful situation with a vehicle breakdown, and I needed assistance urgently. Upon contacting the towing company, they assured me that help was on its way.The driver of the tow truck, Steve, was not only skilled in his job but also displayed excellent customer service. He introduced himself with a warm smile and immediately put me at ease. As we embarked on our journey to the garage, he engaged in friendly conversation, making the experience much more enjoyable than I had anticipated.During our conversation, I discovered that the tow truck driver had extensive knowledge about various car models and their mechanical workings. I felt comfortable asking him for advice and trusted his recommendations. This not only made the drive informative but also left me feeling more confident about handling a potential future car purchase.Overall, my experience with this company & their driver, Steve, was exceptional. I highly recommend this tow truck driver to anyone in need of towing services. I am grateful for his assistance and the enjoyable conversations we had along the way.”

“I contacted several towing companies (including Towman, Leahy’s, C&C, Harrisburg Towing Company, Ayala, H&S, and Mo’s) before reaching out to Chilangos HBG Towing and Auto Repair—so I definitely did my research.
From the moment I called, I was impressed by their quick response, professionalism, friendliness, and genuine empathy. Their pricing was also very fair, which made choosing them an easy decision.
The entire experience was seamless from start to finish, and I truly appreciate the outstanding service their team provided. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Chilangos HBG Towing and Auto Repair to family and friends, and they’ll be my first call for any future towing needs.

“Just recently moved to Linglestown from Florida. I typically do all my own work however I needed a wheel bearing pressed on my Saturn S series and did not have a press. Kenny answered the phone promptly and politely when I called and was able to accommodate me next day. I dropped off my knuckle and he called me 30 minutes later to tell me it was all done. Very nice mom and pop shop hard to find these days. Keep up the great service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ looking forward to doing business again in the future. Thanks again. Cheers. George”

“A gentleman on the night before NYE helped us tow out car out of a very stressful situation in an intersection. We could not be more thankful for his kindness and understanding in this moment! The police were also amazing in this situation- shoutout Harrisburg Police and Leahys!”
“Awesome experience! I had a driver breakdown near Harrisburg. The tensioner pulley failed and took out the belt and the truck was overheating. I called at 7am and Shane answered. He was very polite and helpful. They drove to Lebanon to pick up the tensioner and then back to Harrisburg to get the belt and replace the parts. They had the driver rolling again as quickly as they could and their prices were (in my experience) VERY reasonable.”

“I was towing my trailer, and was heading home after buying a load of coal. Unfortunately, the left tire of the trailer blew out and was shredded. I had to leave the trailer on the shoulder of the road and return with a new tire on another wheel the next day. When I arrived to replace the trailer tire I thought I was well-equipped with a new tire on a wheel, a floor jack and an impact wrench. I found my old floor jack was not up to the job and could not raise the trailer for the tire replacement. I called Edkin's Towing and explained my situation. He agreed to come to my assistance, brought a working jack, and finished the job. I was relieved to get my coal and trailer off the shoulder of the road and towed home. I was pleased Mr. Edkin was willing to take on such an unconventional job.”
