Had intoxalock device removed at Pattersons garage and he poked holes all through the wiring harness and I had to have it replaced because if not my warranty on my 2024 Jeep gladiator would have been voided. I tried to have him reimburse me for expense and went thru him n intoxalock and they both said they are not at fault even tho I have video evidence showing the holes from the clips he used to put the device in. If he would have just taped the wires up n not left them exposed to water n salt for corrision. He will not own up to his fault and would not reimburse any money to us and we paid a lot to him every time we needed anything done to the device in our vehicle. Very shady to deal with and does not care for the customer. Will not recommend to go there to anyone.
