Service was great!! As was the pizza. The only thing is we were craving the original pan pizza but they don't serve it anymore. The new pan pizza recipe is basically the hand tossed recipe. The only real way to get the original greasy pan pizza is to order a personal pan pizza. You know the ones we'd get for reading books. So stuffed crust for now on.

The person taking my order was extremely rude, cutting me off with questions before I finished answering the first question. When I asked her to repeat herself because I couldn't understand what she said with the speed of her question, she raised her voice and angrily yelled the question. The call center ordering is extremely off-putting.

The crust on the pan pizza is almost as big as the pizza recently. Try putting topings out to the edge.

Service was friendly enough, the pizza is very hit or miss. 2 of the 3 times I ordered pickup pizza from there it was well below what you normally get from Pizza Hut. There will not be a 4th order.

This was Pizza,Hut in Masontown. My food was done a half hour after I was told it'd be ready. I asked the 1 girl if that's my food sitting there & she said idk & walked away without checking. I asked for mushrooms on my pizza & might have had 2 actual whole mushroom slices on the whole pizza. The rest was judt little pieces. I talked to the area manager about delivering to my house. They go right past my road to get to Footedale & she told me my address can't be added & if I want delivery I have to use Door Dash. I told her that's not happening & after the experience today I'll never come back... after going there for 30 years & they are out of my way! She shrugged & walked away! Never ever will go back!

I am very exasperated by this place. Every time I place a delivery order I get a phone call stating they have no delivery. I understand fast-food and restaurants. If you are that short handed then hire more people. Give raises where needed and bonuses to keep said employees. This is very frustrating. In the past year, I've only had one delivery made from several attempts. Fix this problem, please. This order was for my daughter. Not sure why she couldn't just deliver it when she said she'd have a driver at 3. I spoke with her at 1:55pm. This is ridiculous
