Useless! I went there three days in a row so I needed a transfer pen. The big man with tattoos didn’t even want to look at me or acknowledge me absolutely useless. I had to drive to Middletown to get help. !!!!

Lady just lied to my face about plan options. I used to sell att. This is an authorized retailer. Don't do business with them unless you know exactly what you want. Find a corporate store

Very poor customer service and even worse attitude problem of the individual who worked with me. First told me several times I did not understand how to use the device, then when he could not figure out how to fix it he blamed Yahoo. Demanded a $55 restock fee for my $100 device. I give one star because zero is not available to select.

I got more answers in 10 minutes in the Denville NJ store than I did here in 2 visits. At&t has great reception and internet speeds. But the customer service here is pretty bad. The 800 CS number is even worse. No one will help you with anything.

Horrible customer experience I've ever had, I walk in to ask for help and the look on the face of the people working there was like they were discussed of me! Very Racist!! You should never judge a book by its cover! I need help because my phone broke and needed to change my shipping address and the male manger was so rude and was like he didn't believe me! Then, when he's asking me odd questions and didn't want to give me the phone to call the call center because I don't have a phone, he's going to tell me not to get an attitude with him! Sir, you hardly know me! All they're doing is sitting on their phone and the whole time acting like I don't exist. Run from this place it would do you no good, you're better off going to Middletown! I wish I could Give Zero Stars! He and Another lady in there should Never be able to work in their life!
