“Dealership at Matamoras was professional and very responsive.To make a long story short...i was stranded on the side of road, with my vehicle and couldnt have made it to Enterprise before closing .A staff member at Enterprise told me stop ,return to my vehicle,and that they would bring rental car to me.They did,and that resulted in me happily renting the car for 1 week. Thanks”

“I always used Dealers for vehicle servicing until 2023. I began losing trust in the quality of the underpaid Technicians resulting in poor moral and high turnover. I finally decided to find a good local Auto Repair facility and brought my Ford pickup for a substantial repair item. I was overly satisfied upon completion. The extra care that was implemented clearly showed true expertise and passion to go the extra mile. Communication is outstanding as well. I consider it so fortunate to find this Repair facility on my first quest. Today, I have returned with my Daughter's vehicle as Tom's Automotive has earned my trust. Another big one for me is they have Hunter Road Force tire balance equipment which is a must with many tires these days being manufactured way out of spec. I most definitely will be referring them to anyone I talk to about vehicle repairs. My Nephew already agreed he'll be bringing his vehicle next time he needs service on either of his two vehicles.”
