Daughter went to meet delivery serviceman outside. Asked him to push the one thousand pound plus goods 10-15 extra feet so it would be on the porch instead of the middle of the driveway. According to my daughter, he said "I'm just going to put it right here" and dumped it in the middle of our driveway. My son, daughter, and I immediately spent half an hour of manual labor moving a thousand pounds (or more) of home goods out of the driveway, as snow was less than two hours away. All this could have been avoided with 20 seconds of extra effort by the deliveryman with this hand truck. I call Home Depot and asked if they use subcontractors to deliver, or their own employees. Get told they use their own employees. I explain the situation; they ask me if I paid extra money for their "delivery service to move the supplies." I am galled - I didn't realize I needed to pay extra money to get my products put on my porch instead of dumped in my driveway. Tell them I'd rather pay slightly more to Lowes than pay slightly less for lazy and rude service. Only positive is that they delivered in a reasonable timeframe. Not enough to raise them above one star in my mind - unacceptable behavior, unacceptable response.

For two weeks in a row I waited all day for a delivery. Last week, after waiting 14 hours (yes, the delivery window is from 6:00 AM until 8:00 PM) I was advised that the delivery could not be made because either no one was home (I was - all day) or the item was too large to handle. I ordered a very simple shelving unit - not at all difficult to handle, but just too long to fit in my car. So, the delivery was rescheduled for today. Again, I was home all day waiting - and just received the exact same message. What a bunch of baloney! I was previously a Home Depot advocate - but I will never again shop there. Fool me once? Fooled me twice, so shame on me - but never again. The takeaways is - do NOT rely on The Home Depot delivery service. It stinks.

I get everything for my business from here. Great store, knowledgeable workers are always ready to help with big orders and help me find whatever I need. Came here the other night Thursday Feb 24 I believe around 8:30 pm of course I had to run in for two more things before closing time lol. I hate being that guy but all the staff were extremely helpful with what I needed and what I was looking for for a project I'm making for a neighbor. Thank you Home Depot!

I bought a weed whacker that was advertised for 149.99 i was charged 199.99 for it, and when i went back customer service refused to honor the deal they had advertised telling me they never put item on sale. I saw the sale on their website and in the store they had a tag ziptied to the self where the item was for 149.99 but called me a liar and store manager refused to talk to me.

I'd give 0 stars, but that's literally impossible if I want to review. There is never anyone around in this store. Need help? Consult google. You'll get a faster, more reliable answer. If you DO happen to find someone, don't waste your breath asking for help. They're too busy. Just don't bother with this store. Normally if you want to check price/stock, you call first, right? Don't bother. Since they've been open, I've called 5 times since they've open and have listened to a ringer, no matter what department I try to reach. Safe yourself some time, and go somewhere else.

this location sucks! home depot outsources their customer service for items that need to be installed. when you have a question about that order or the product itself you cant get anyone on the the line and the person you placed the order with cant come to the phone. where is she? nobody can find her. they are the worst absolute worst! dont go back if you know what's good for you and folks that are competent!

We are remodeling our kitchen from floor to ceiling. While in the planning process, we have had customer service above and beyond from the staff at Home Depot ! Sharon, Etta, and Cesar have been tremendously helpful and fun to work on this project with! Home Depot will always have my business over Lowe's for customer service above anything else.

They have been good so far as I placed an order for Kitchen cabinets and new flooring, they were much more responsible than other restoration companies we considered and apparently more honest, they were so responsible we were able to afford granite countertops as opposed to wood countertops and all wood cabinet construction.

Have had a horrific experience using this store to remodel our kitchen. We've spent thousands of dollars on flooring, cabinets counters and backsplash. The KraftMaid cabinets arrived with 30 percent having either misaligned joints or unfinished ones that make the cabinets appear to be cracked( where was the quality control at the KraftMaid cabinet manufacturer?). Then came the countertop and backsplash which we had paid for. We were told twice that the backsplash cost was covered, I even made notation in my records. Then we were presented with an amount due 60 percent higher than the initial price. When I asked who was going to pay the contractor to remove the poorly constructed cabinets and reinstall new ones, since we've paid once for new cabinet installation- the question was met with total silence from the manager and sales person. Finally we asked for a refund on what we had paid for the countertop And backsplash( which we have to wait two weeks to receive). We will go elsewhere for these. However our kitchen remains partially functional, with our out of state house guests due for a visit. It now appears our renovation which should have been complete at the end of October, may encroach into the holidays. Still unable to cook in our kitchen I recommend you steer clear of this store.
