Good selection of product and constantly being refreshed.
Follow up: employees here are very helpful. However it is disappointing to come back a month later there’s still no restock of materials.

I do all my shopping in lowes spend alottttt of money there redid a kitchen a year ago,doing another project which consists of outdoor painting. My wife went in to get one more gallon of paint and the paint was up in the rafters, and nobody would get her the gallon of paint.So I could finish my outdoor painting before it rained called there while my wife was still there to speak to a manager nobody got on the phone just kept me on hold, WILLLLL NEVERRR BUY ANYTHING THERE AGAIN...homedepot it is.....

I don't usually waste my time leaving 1 star reviews, but this time, I had to. I went to Lowes to pick up two pieces of lumber that I needed because Home Depot down the street didn't have it. From the moment we walked in, we couldn't find anyone to help. A gentleman finally showed up, but (no fault of his own) lumber was not his department so he did not know where the needed lumber was. He had to return to his department and we continued to wait for the lumber department person. About 30 minutes go by, and we decide to walk out. Long behold, the lumber was outside against the front wall. We ask to speak to a manager about this experience and what there was to be done. Seth, the manager, could not care less about what we were telling him. He was dismissive, unhelpful and not willing to even hear us out.
On a positive note however, thanks to Rick from hardware for trying his best to help. Much appreciated, Rick.
Do yourself a favor, just drive an extra 2 miles down the street and go to Home Depot instead.

Bought a stove/oven 7/22. Said it was available in the warehouse. Now scheduled to be installed on 8/12-three weeks for an appliance? Never again!

Nice to know this location still employs amazing employees. I was there on Sat and saw the younger staff playing & socializing, which was concerning as they showed no interest to help. But going back on Sun- what a difference. I wanted to thank Rollin at the Matamoras, PA location. He was professional, pleasant & very easy to work with. He went above and beyond to help us; assisted with check out when there was an issue at the counter, even assisted in loading 2 big appliances that we bought. Thank you ever so much. It’s refreshing to know that superb customer service still exists. Please ask for him if you’re looking to purchase any appliance. He thinks of everything to make the purchase easy.

I own and operate a small Interior Design business, and I frequent the Lowes store (1952) in Matamoras. I have never experienced this caliber of customer service anywhere else. I specifically want to thank Michael Capps and Kathleen Pentinko for all they do for me and the clients I send their way. Mike is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but always makes time for me and goes the extra mile. It's because of this attention to detail and extra care that I exclusively recommend Lowe's for cabinet purchases. Feels more like the relationships you'd build and service you'd expect from a small, local hardware store than a big box store. I can't say enough good things about my experience with this location and these people. Looking forward to future projects and I take comfort knowing they've got me covered.
