I recently had two flat tires on my way back to Massachusetts on 84, and I was very grateful that AAA sent Kevin from Tri-State Shell to tow me. He was so helpful in a tricky situation, and even took us to two different hotels to find a room when the tire place was already closed for the day. I don’t know what we would have done without him! Thank you!

My experience was excellent. Jeff the owner is a great communicator and helped me from start to finish dealing with my insurance company and ordering parts. My vehicle is like new again. I recommend his business to all. His staff is genuine and easy going, great to deal with.

There is not enough thank yous for tri state shell, they made time to diagnosis our 3500 Ram. They then fit us in their full schedule to fix our truck and save our motor. After repairs we easily made it back to NH pulling a 43 foot 5th wheel. That would not have been possible without their expect help, I mean this to all at tri state shell that helped. Plus after the work was done they took the truck for a test drive this is showing alot for a maintenance garage that carries a full schedule like tru state shell. Thank you very much Jack

I have a fleet car and so many places tell me no, because of the approval process. I stopped on the chance since my tires were very worn. In 48 hours they had my information approval and appointment. Everything was completed in less that a few hours and I am back driving with new tires!

From the moment we called to have our car towed, thru the service and claims adjuster, every detail was taken care of. Our car was fixed properly, with recommendations of which parts would be best, and returned to us as good as new. Jeff even communicated with our insurance company to get some things covered and reimbursed that were not part of the original claim. Thank you Jeff and crew for a job well done!!!

What can I say but a life saver. On a recent trip back from Tennessee to New Hampshire our water pump went on Interstate 84 in the early evening. After calling AAA, we were towed to the garage with my wife, our dog and myself in the truck. The tow truck driver did nothing short of rolling out the red carpet for us. When arriving at the garage we were given a ride to the Hampton Inn which was a generous act in a stressful situation and were told that we would be contacted in the morning. In the morning, Jeff contacted us and told us that he would work hard to get us back on the road. With some hard work and diligence Jeff came through for us and got us back on the road to home in the late afternoon. Jeff and his crew went out of their way to help us. When were on the road to New Hampshire he even called us to make sure all was fine. My wife and I cannot thank him enough for making a bad situation go away. We were treated fairly with kindness and respect and feel fortunate that we were towed to his garage. I can do nothing short of giving 5 stars to Jeff, his crew and his business. We will always remember him making time for us and getting us to New Hampshire. It is nice to know that there are still some honest and sincere people/businesses. THANK YOU.

Had to call AAA to get my truck towed to the shop. It was in a very tricky spot in my driveway. Dave showed up and got the job done. He was able to get the truck out and went the extra mile to make sure it was done safely. Thank you!
