I was in the store today 6.11.25. They didn't have what I needed to do my repair, however the gentleman that helped me gave me a really good suggestion that would not cost me anything to try and did not gain him a s transaction. What he did is not common is lost anymore in the customer service industry. I highly recommend this business to other for their honesty. He didn't get a sale today but they gained a loyal customer that will recommend them to all their friends! God bless

Edit: by the way, the ps3 super slim (and all models of the ps3), do indeed play ps1 discs (at least a majority of the library), so not sure why you attempted to tell me otherwise and laugh at me 😂

The owner is name Jerry and he have three pluses: one is the most important- the professionalism he treat every case(I think he's the best in this tri-state), second plus is his personality and his knowledge and third plus he's a dog lover.

Called in to ask a few questions, and boy was I surprised! The crew here are beyond informative (and extremely patient) taking their time and arming me with a plethora of answers!

Bought a refurbished desktop computer last year for my business. They were extremely helpful and the computer is everything I expected and needed. Customer service long after the sale has been exceptional. I’ve purchased various other items from them and been happy with the results. My questions are always answered knowledgeably and promptly even when it’s obviously not going to result in a sale (as per our conversation about a cell phone issue last week that I had to go elsewhere for).I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of computer services and repair.
