I've been using Crystal Clear Pools for 4 years since I moved here and I couldn't be happier with them. John and Laura are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and easy to work with. The same goes for Dom and all of the work crew. Prices on pool chemicals are the best around. Give them a try. You'll be happy you did.

We just got our pool put in last week. The guys were all amazing. From John with sales and customer service to Dave and his crew who installed the pool.. they were all professional, and provided excellent service !! We are beyond thrilled with Crystal Clear Pools and will be recommending them to anyone we know looking for a pool !! Thank you guys :)

It's been 2 years. Time for an update. Anytime I need anything for my pool I can count on the friendly and helpful staff. Hands down the best prices in the area. Chemicals, floats, parts, anything you need they have. Definitely my go-to.

I called and asked for pricing on some pools they said they would get back to me 2 weeks later still heard nothing from them. After speaking to John I understand about our missed communication. John was so knowledgeable about about every question I asked him. After shopping around with some of the local pool dealers I decided to go with John and Crystal clear pools.well I'm editing my review. I was give a quote on a pool last year by john. John gave me his installers phone number. After speaking to his installer he was supposed to come check out my yard and give me a price for installation. After 3 no shows by his installer I called john back to inform him his installer never showed up. John said he would find someone else to install my pool. By now it's November I asked John if my quote is still good for the spring to purchase the pool then being I or john could not find an installer. John never called me back to say he found an installer for me. I called crystal clear pools at the end of march a couple times no call back. I finally got in touch with them second week of April. Well they still don't have an installer and will not honor the quote john said will be good in the spring and raised the price $950 dollars. I informed them I will by the pool today if he honored the quote from last fall and find my own installer. What I thought was going to be a good deal turned out to be to good to be true......Going elsewhere

I call for estimate on my home in Hawley PA (24 miles drive ) they want to charge me $398.00 JUST for estimate. I understand about gas and time but almost $400 thank you but no thank you
