“I had a package to return for my wife going back to woman within.The lady said that the return code I was given had nothing to do with returning the package and I'd have to pay for shipping.I went back through the line to a male employee that took care of the package and the return shipping was free. The lady was also rude. It was the UPS store in Hazelton, PA.”

“Its a smaller post office so depending on the hours you work it may not be the most convent. There also isn't as big of a stamp selection as the drums office. However it is convenient as there is always parking and the staff is very friendly.”

“I love going to this Post Office! The clerk is always friendly, smiling, and offers great customer service. She cares about the local community and keeps an immaculate, beautifully decorated office.If you have a PO box here, you can count on getting a personalized birthday card, Christmas card, (or in the unfortunate instance of a death in the family) a sympathy card. The kids also love coming to see "the post office lady" to receive a lollipop treat.I have bought stamps and money orders here, as well as shipped parcels for my business. And I've never been disappointed.”

“6/9/23 nice experience here! No lines, no waiting and a courteous clerk. Totally different than Montgomery county PA! I'm not sure what their hours are but they seem to be open a good amount of the time. If I needed to use the post office I would definitely go back. My package was pricy to mail but I expected that.Plenty of ample parking in the street that's free! NO METERS! That's good news!”
