Worst experience ever! The cashier was very rude and racist because we are people of color she yelled at my son and called my family a fraud. Told us that we would be happy to steal because we told her we think she forgot to scan an item. Said that my daughter was broke to buy her own things because she was $4 short. She said that we are very rude people and all of this happened because my children told her that they are paying for themselves she made their first time using their own card a bad experience. She also picked a fight with my 6 year old daughter. The cashier is an older lady with short white hair.

Allison park, messy, stock in boxes on carts not on shelves, many empty shelves.
Rude register clerk.
Was looking for a job there, was told no positions that don't also work the register, which is not true.
No longer interested in working a store that disorganized.

The last time I visited this location. The heat must have been broke. It was super cold in the store. I hope they get that fixed quickly. I feel bad for the employees. Some of the aisles were pretty disorganized and a mess.Regardless you can’t beat the prices at a dollar tree. I can always count on this store for needing to just grab something quick.

My elderly mother checked out with cash and received a taped up dollar back, I asked the girl who was very nice if I could have a different one she called the manager to open the drawer. She started yelling from her one way mirror cubicle that “they don’t do that”and she has to take what she gets! I said to the girl I will pay with cash so it can be replaced. This manager kept going on and on said they are not a bank and banks don’t even do that! I was actually shocked! The girl checking us out was very sweet.

At this dollar store, most products cost $1.25. I occasionally shop here to purchase holiday decorations, cleaning supplies, hygiene products, office supplies, and snack foods. I feel satisfied with the quality of most of the products, especially those that are a name brand. I think that the cashiers could be slightly more attentive, but they have always spoken nicely to me and accurately rung up my purchases.

The manager Cindy S. has an attitude and when I worked under her she let the my coworker take off every time so she could make me over work.

Every single food item in this store is months out of date, I contacted the health department about it, absolutely foul disgusting place and the manager basically kicked me out for showing him out of date food

The dollar tree in Monroeville pa is always one of the best in the area. Shelves are almost always stocked and neat. The store doesn't have products spilled and scattered all over the floor like other locations. The managers and workers at this location should be proud and recognized for providing a productive and pleasurable shopping experience.

Store is great when it's actually open. Second time I've gone there on a Sunday and the doors were locked but lights were on. Nothing posted on door about why or when the doors will be opened so people can shop. If the store isn't open when it says it's open there should at least be a note on the door so customers know when they can shop.

Nice clean store but what makes my experience good there is the friendly staff especially Lisa who is always helpful and friendly with customers when they check out.
