The process of dealing with Ethan Allen was very frustrating. The designer was mostly interested in selling us additional furniture and accessories instead of helping us find what we wanted. Once we ordered, she disappeared—we had no communication with her and the delivery of our sofas took a month to a month and a half longer than promised. The only way we got information on the delay was when we called the store. No one reached out to keep us advised of the status of our order. We would have been ahead to have ordered from an online retailer. All in all, very disappointed with the service and the experience.

I was most impressed with the store and the staff at this location. I was shopping for a sofa and loveseat, and met Jonathan, one of the designers, who was very helpful with showing options and answering all of my questions. I made a decision, and delivery was sooner than expected . I am very happy with my purchases!

Very happy with the consultant and her design process. Feel it's somewhat unreasonable that clients are expected to spend $20,000+ per room and can't see most of the pieces in-store before making a decision to buy. Had an issue with the quality of a wood piece that has a blemish - store is unwilling to resolve it - they gave us the option to pay more to replace the top of the table with no guarantee it would be any better or to cover it with a decorative tray. We found that insulting considering the quality level we expected and the amount of money we spent. Our plan was to purchase additional pieces in excess of $5,000 - not willing to do that if they won't make things right on a $1,200 table.

When we moved into a new home over a year ago, Kristen Cario was in the showroom the day I stopped by looking for several pieces for new spaces . She listened to my needs and helped me select fabrics that would stand up to real world use. Our home has tight corners and narrow hallways; she personally made sure every piece would be deliverable. After the sale, she was there when I needed help with a stain…fully gone thanks to her counsel. A year later, I’m still in touch for various needs; she continues providing excellent customer service. I’ve been an Ethan Allen customer for decades and the attention to detail from design to delivery is still unmatched today. All of their designers are skilled, passionate in their profession and deliver quality, heirloom products. Highly recommend!

Very satisfied with the several pieces purchased there. We had an Ethan Allen couch that lasted 15 years and was still in excellent condition when we sold it. Much of what they sell is made in America and the quality shows.

I was very fortunate to have a chance to work with Tammy Kretz from the McCandless location. She totally captured my vision and brought my ordinary master bedroom to a level of brilliance! Every detail looked absolutely amazing and practical. From our initial conversation, to her design proposal, to becoming reality...Tammy was there every step of the way. I will definitely use her to design the rest of my house. Highly recommend!

We worked with Kristen on Mccandless location, she is so gracious, and kind. She listens what you need and how you want your home to look like and gives great suggestions! We got an amazing, high quality couch. It fits our living room exactly how we wanted, thanks to Kristen! Very happy with Ethan Allen products, and their designers!!!!! Delivery team also did an amazing job!! You are all professional and very helpful!
