My mother and I have used McLaughlin's Drug Store for years. Staff is very personable and professional. I usually use the drive through window to pick up my medications and they are always helpful and willing to answer any questions that I may have. They even take the time to give me a phone call to remind me if my refills are due. Their gift selections in the store are always very nice and is locally handy if a gift is needed.

I am a former employee and I have witnessed the pharmacist do everything he possibly could to get customers their medications at the cheapest price he could, I have watched him search for discount coupons or whatever they had that he could use to help lower the cost of prescriptions. All employees there were great w helping me learn and showing me how to do things. Any questions I had were answered politely and explained to me, never had a rude comment from any of the employees. Do simple mistakes happen absolutely but if any were made they were fixed immediately. No employee is perfect at any job. I admit I used to get impatient waiting to pick up my meds until I was behind the scenes and seen every detail that is put in to every prescription received, there is more to it than just filling the medications. Even now that I am no longer an employee I am still greeted w a smile as soon as I walk through the door as everybody else is to. The staff here are very friendly and they do their best to accommodate everyone’s needs and help in any way they possibly can. I highly recommend this pharmacy and appreciate every single employee there.

If you want a rude and uncomfortable experience use this drug store. The pharmacist is beyond rude and allows older employees to bully and harass new ones. The woman named Jenny is the definition of rude. Singling people out for there disability is just wrong

A very nice local drugstore. A great place to stop in for a quick needed gift. They have very nice greeting cards as well. I've always had good customer service any time I've visited.

Wayyy too expensive for cash paying customers. They don't accept any discount cards whatsoever! Huuuuuge inconvenience!! But do they care? NOOPE! Keep making that $ bro, it'll come back to ya one day... Ur decency that is. I totally understand running a business but making ppl pay $140.00 for a pill script of only 56 is highway robbery! I was only paying $60 where I went before. U really do NOT need to charge people that frikin much! How can u sleep at night? Ugh! Other than that? The place is nice, has beautiful gifts (bit on the expensive side) and cust care is ok.

Good place. Customer service used to be amazing. Went down hill for awhile however seems to be back to what it once was. Staff takes care of issues in a timely manner. Drive through runs smooth.

If I could give them a zero I would. I used them for 3 years. Never had a problem. Until I needed to use workmans comp. Worst experience ever with one woman there that handles it. Rudest person to deal with ever. Especially when you need medication after surgery. I truly hope she evaluates her job and how she treats people.

When you drop off your prescriptions at cvs or Walgreens and they say it will take 15 mins it takes them 15 minutes. At McLaughlins drug store there 15 minutes actually means 45 minutes or until walter gets around to it. They actually will ask you circle there shoddy paved drive thru so they can assist the people waiting behind you, this says to me my time isn't important and neither is my business. Sorry but this crappy service cost them my business. I care more about service than convenience, so I'll go over the big mountain and get my prescriptions filled elsewhere!
