About Swope’s Farm
Brown's Orchard and Cider Company is a must-visit for any apple fan. It offers a large and delicious variety of apples, including unique ones you wouldn't normally find at the grocery store, all at very reasonable prices. The apples are fresh and of high quality, sold in three different sizes where you can mix and match. For sampling, you can try a whole apple. Beyond apples, they sell excellent cider and applesauce that are 100 percent apple with no chemicals or additives. They also offer apple butter, apple barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, apple pie, and honey. The staff is friendly, and a chalkboard indicates what is in or out of season. Fall is the peak season, but they have weekend hours in the winter. It is definitely worth the drive for some of the freshest apples you've ever tasted.

I very much enjoy having this farm market in our area. The incorporation of other items makes it especially nice (pickles, cheeses & meats etc.). My only complaint...Why is their a gratuity screen when checking out? This shouldn't even be an option. Am I supposed to tip someone now for checking out my 3 items?
