Purchased a paintball rifle and received a used unit, which is not working. I reached out to them via e-mails multiple times and received no replies. Funny that before this order was completed they were so quick to respond, even received a phone call, but now they will not respond. Update: I am correcting this review due to the fact that the owner was able to correct the issue, since they were dealing with a third party vendor I feel it wasn't entirely their fault.

The owner (Shay) just spent an hour and 9 minutes on the phone with me explaining her passion about the sport of Paintball. Her level of expertise, her desire for me to be adequately equipped with knowledge was impressive and memorable. Her commitment to care was above and beyond what I expected.
