Fort Cherry Golf Club is an 18-hole golf course with a bar, restaurant, and wedding and banquet venue. The course features quite a few hills and holes that parallel each other. Reviews note the management and staff are very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Conditions vary: some find the fairways and rough in great shape, while others report the greens are mostly burnt out, patchy, and have bare spots. Carts have GPS but a frequent doorbell ring for boundaries can be frustrating. It is considered a fun course for variety, with extended evening hours possible on the lit front nine, and is a great experience for many golfers.
Unfortunately Got stuck behind a league on a Wednesday night. They were super slow and it took 2.5 hours to play 9. The course is not in good shape, and they charge way too much for what you get in return!

Played a foursome in the heat of the day. The greens were fast. Fairways were solid. Those fairways, for the most part, are forgiving, and an errant drive is still playable, but holding those greens was a bit tricky. What you think is a good putt may end up 4 or 5 feet past the cup. Made it fun to play.

Very nice course and open to the public. Staff was very good and helpful. Some damage on the course but given the past few weeks of rain much better than expected
