Run very far away,You'll be exposed to toxic metal and toxic burnt lubrication fumes on a daily bases here. The low pay for what you'll be doing will make you quit. The management is horrible the machine shop manger has an ager problem. The Quality dept director will write you up over the smallest defect on the part. He is a hypocrite and wines about the smallest things. When the parts themselves where a foundry problem. Expect to get into weekly arguments with him. This dude needs to be fire for incompetence because he scraps 20% of perfectly fine parts hurting gain share. The gain share is the biggest they they tell you here. You'll never see any of it. Don't believe it.Never mention about cleaning the place. Management likes the place dirty.YOU ARE WARNED! RUN FAR AWAY FROM HERE!
